Claims (3)

1. Pince de fixation, en particulier pour un évier encastrable, comportant une pièce d'encastrement (3) et une griffe de serrage (4) reliée à celle-ci, la pièce d'encastrement (3) présentant au moins une rainure (7) pour la réception d'un rail (8) ainsi qu'au moins une protubérance (10) destinée à s'engager dans une ouverture (13) du rail (8) pour immobiliser celui-ci, caractérisée en ce que, pour l'insertion du rail (8) dans la rainure (7) et pour le coulissement ou le retrait de la griffe (4), la protubérance (10) est montée à pivotement de façon à pouvoir s'écarter du plan d'encastrement (14) et à pouvoir être rabattue dans sa position d'immobilisation après l'insertion du rail (8), ou inversement.
2. Pince defixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la protubérance (10) fait partie intégrante d'un support (11 ), de préférence formé d'une seule pièce avec la pièce d'encastrement (3), et que ledit support est pourvu de moyens de verrouillage par commande mécanique (15; 17/30) pour bloquer le support (11 ) dans sa position basculée d'immobilisation.
3. Pince de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de verrouillage sont constitués par des parties, par exemple des branches (17), de la griffe de serrage (4) et par des parties de la patte pivotante (11 ), par exemple des gorges (30).
