Claims (4)

1. Procédé pour emballer des produits alimentaires sous gaz protecteur dans des gobelets en matière synthétique qui sont fermés par des couvercles (36, 37, 38) fournis séparément et ayant une patte d'arrachement de couvercle (40), selon lequel les phases opératoires: remplissage par le produit, balayage par le gaz protecteur, mise en place du couvercle et soudage du couvercle, sont effectuées en cadence et en ce que le balayage par le gaz protecteur se fait avec un couvercle légèrement soulevé et partiellement fixé sur le bord du gobelet en insuflant du gaz protecteur (24, 42) à travers la fente ainsi formée, procédé caractérisé en ce que: on soulève le couvercle au niveau de la patte d'arrachage du couvercle.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on fait passer la patte d'arrachage du couvercle par dessus un organe en forme de coin (39) pour le soulèvement.
