Claims (14)
- Poste de scellage (1) destiné à sceller une feuille de couvercle (2) sur des barquettes d'emballage (3), le poste de scellage (1) comprenant un outillage de scellage (6) et une chaîne à barreaux (12), et l'outillage de scellage (1) présentant une partie supérieure d'outillage (7) et une partie inférieure d'outillage (8), et la chaîne à barreaux (12) étant configurée pour transporter les barquettes d'emballage (3) dans l'outillage de scellage (6) et hors de l'outillage de scellage (6),
caractérisé
en ce que la partie inférieure d'outillage (8) est configurée pour accueillir les barquettes d'emballage (3) dans au moins une première et une deuxième rangée (14, 15), et en ce que la partie inférieure d'outillage (8) comprend au moins un plateau de support (16) abaissable pour abaisser au moins l'une de la première ou de la deuxième rangée (14, 15) de barquettes d'emballage (3),
et en ce que la partie inférieure d'outillage (8) comprend un autre plateau de support (16) pour l'autre rangée (14, 15) de barquettes d'emballage (3). - Poste de scellage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit autre plateau de support (16) est un plateau de support stationnaire (18).
- Poste de scellage selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un plateau de support abaissable (16) est abaissé à partir d'un premier plan dans lequel les barquettes d'emballage (3) sont transportées dans l'outillage de scellage (6), dans un deuxième plan (19) situé plus bas, et la chaîne à barreaux (12) peut être déplacée à travers l'outillage de scellage (6) dans ledit premier plan.
- Poste de scellage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un plateau de support abaissable (16) porte le fond des barquettes d'emballage (3).
- Poste de scellage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne à barreaux (12) peut être déplacée entre la partie supérieure d'outillage (7) et la partie inférieure d'outillage (8) pendant que ladite au moins une rangée de barquettes d'emballage (3) est abaissée.
- Poste de scellage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une pluralité de plateaux de support abaissables (16) pour abaisser au moins l'une de la première ou de la deuxième rangée (14, 15) de barquettes d'emballage (3), et la pluralité de plateaux de support abaissables (16) sont reliés à une poutrelle commune portant les plateaux de support (16).
- Poste de scellage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un organe de réglage (17) actionnable par voie électrique ou pneumatique, pour abaisser ledit au moins un plateau de support abaissable (16).
- Poste de scellage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'outillage de scellage (6) est configuré pour accueillir et/ou abaisser et/ou sceller simultanément trois, quatre ou davantage de barquettes d'emballage (3).
- Installation d'emballage (100) comprenant un poste de scellage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Procédé pour faire fonctionner un poste de scellage (1), comprenant les étapes suivantes :- transport d'une première rangée (14) de barquettes d'emballage (3) dans un premier plan au moyen d'une chaîne à barreaux (12), dans un outillage de scellage (6),- accueil de la première rangée (14) de barquettes d'emballage (3) par au moins un plateau de support abaissable (16),- abaissement de la première rangée (14) de barquettes d'emballage (3) à partir du premier plan dans un deuxième plan (19) situé plus bas, par abaissement d'un plateau de support abaissable (16),- transport d'une deuxième rangée (15) de barquettes d'emballage (3) dans l'outillage de scellage (6), la deuxième rangée (15) étant accueillie par un autre plateau de support (18),- soulèvement de la première rangée (14) de barquettes d'emballage (3) à partir du deuxième plan (19) jusqu'au premier plan,- scellage de la première (14) et de la deuxième rangée (15) de barquettes d'emballage (3) avec une feuille de couvercle (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne à barreaux (12) est déplacée temporairement à l'encontre d'une direction de transport (R) des barquettes d'emballage (3), pour permettre l'abaissement du plateau de support abaissable (16).
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne à barreaux (12) est déplacée temporairement à l'encontre d'une direction de transport (R) des barquettes d'emballage (3), pour permettre une fermeture de l'outillage de scellage (6).
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne à barreaux (12) est déplacée à travers l'outillage de scellage (6), dans ou au-dessus du premier plan, pendant que le plateau de support abaissable (16) se trouve dans le deuxième plan (19).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le scellage des barquettes d'emballage (3) avec la feuille de couvercle (2) comprend, en outre, une mise sous vide et/ou un traitement par un gaz.
