Claims (23)

1. Dispositif pour engerber et emballer des objets plats, en particulier des emballages en sachets plats, dans un récipient collecteur, avec un dispositif transporteur sans fin (12, 14) avançant pas-à-pas et contenant une ligne transporteuse rectiligne (20) divisée par des parois (30), qui s'en écartent à peu près perpendiculairement, en plusieurs cellules (18, 18'), ledit dispositif comportant également un dispositif d'amenée (24) qui dépose à plat, les uns après les autres, les objets dans les cellules (18) du dispositif transporteur, en les superposant pour les engerber, et un dispositif refouleur (26), affecté à la ligne transporteuse rectiligne (20), qui peut être amené à coulisser entre les cellules (18, 18'), orientées parallèlement, dans une direction transversale à la direction du mouvement de celles-ci, qui recouvre plusieurs cellules et qui sert à introduire par groupes les objets dans le récipient collecteur, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif transporteur comprend deux transporteurs sans fin (12, 14) disposés à côté l'un de l'autre, à peu prés verticalement, et tournant en sens inverse, en ce que les parois (30) qui s'écartent des deux transporteurs sans fin (12, 14) se complètent toujours deux à deux, de façon à former le fond d'une cellule dans la région où les brins (32) des transporteurs sont tournés l'un vers l'autre par leurs grandes faces, peuvent être déplacés vers le bas, et coopèrent pour former la ligne de transport rectiligne (ligne de transport verticale 20), et en ce que le dispositif de transport (24) débouche, dans la région située entre les deux points de renvoi supérieurs des deux transporteurs sans fin (12, 14), dans la cellule (18) qui se trouve au point haut de la ligne transporteuse rectiligne(20).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'amenée (24) débouche dans la cellule haute (18) de la ligne transporteuse rectiligne (20) à peu près parallèlement aux axes de renvoi supérieurs des transporteurs sans fin (12,14).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les parois qui s'écartent des transporteurs sans fin (20), forment une des branches (30) d'une pièce en équerre (16) dont l'autre branche (34) perpendiculaire à la première, est tournée vers le haut dans la région de la ligne transporteuse rectiligne (20) et délimite latéralement la cellule.
4. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque transporteur sans fin (12, 14) comprend une paire de chaînes à entraînement commun, constituée par des chaînes individuelles axialement écartées l'une de l'autre et liées entre elles par les parois (30) ou les équerres (16).
5. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les parois (30), les pièces en équerre (16) sont articulées à basculement sur les transporteurs sans fin (12, 14) et présentent un téton de guidage qui se trouve à l'extérieur de l'axe de basculement et est engagé dans une rainure de guidage.
6. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les parois en saillie (30), tournées vers le haut dans la région du point de renvoi supérieur, dégagent une ouverture de chargement pour les objets arrivant du dispositif d'amenée (24).
7. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les transporteurs sans fin (12, 14) peuvent être déplacés par coulissement l'un par rapport à l'autre, ce qui modifie leur écartement et la largeur des cellules.
8. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un au moins des deux transporteurs sans fin (12, 14) peut être mis en position oblique par un pivotement autour de son axe de renvoi inférieur.
9. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le dispositif de refoulement (26) comporte une plaque refouleuse (52) munie d'une entretoise (54) couvrant plusieurs cellules (18, 18') ainsi que plusieurs saillies (56) qui se détechent de l'entretoise et s'engagent comme les dents d'un peigne dans les cellules correspondantes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque refouleuse (52) présente de part et d'autre des saillies qui s'en détachent symétriquement.
10. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, dans la région située entre deux parois (30) en saillie, ou entre deux pièces en équerre (16) de chacun des deux transporteurs sans fin (12, 14), se trouve chaque fois articulée au moins une pièce plate (38), séparée des pièces (30) ou (16), qui agrandit la cellule correspondante.
11. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'est agencé, dans la region du dispositif d'amenée (24), un dispositif égalisateur qui agit en exerçant une pression sur les objets plats arrivants, en particulier une bande égalisatrice (50) ou des rouleaux égalisateurs.
12. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de refoulement (26) est monté au-dessous du dispositif d'amenée.
13. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 12, comprenant un canal de sortie (28) en forme de tronc de pyramide, monté sur la face de la ligne transporteuse verticale opposée au dispositif refouleur, et destiné à être coiffé par le récipient collecteur, caractérisé en ce que le canal de sortie (28) est constitué par quatre pôles (63, 64, 66, 68) dont les ailes se recouvrent deux à deux au niveau des parois du canal et dont les arêtes de pliage (70) forment les arêtes du canal, lesdites tôles pouvant, sous l'action des objets groupés chassés du dispositif transporteur (12, 14) par le dispositif refouleur (26), pivoter par paires autour d'au moins un axe vertical et d'au moins un axe horizontal (72), contre l'action d'un ressort (74), ce qui élargit l'ouverture du canal située du côté du récipient collecteur.
