Claims (5)

1. Bâti de guidage et de soutien dans la zone d'entraînement et de dressage d'une installation de coulée continue comportant deux trains de cylindres qui se répartissent en sections d'au moins deux cylindres par train, les cylindres de chaque section de train portant sur chacun une traverse (4, 8), l'une des traverses (4) étant fixée à un cadre et l'autre traverse (8) s'articulant sur les têtes (17) de tiges de pistons de vérins (16) disposés de façon fixe et des guidages (22), qui courent sur les montants (2) transversalement par rapport au train de cylindres, correspondant aux têtes de tiges de pistons, caractérisé, en ce que les guidages (22) sont disposés dans la zone des lignes séparatrices (29) entre les sections ; et en ce que chaque section comporte, de chaque côté du train de coulée continue, deux vérins (16) dont les têtes (17) de tiges de pistons sont guidées d'un côté respectivement le long de l'un des guidages (22).
2. Bâti de guidage et de soutien selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les axes d'articulation (20) reliant les têtes (17) de tiges de pistons à la traverse supérieure (8) sont disposés sur la traverse supérieure (8), à peu près au milieu entre le plan axial (23) commun des paliers des cylindres (10) et le plan de fixation (23') des paliers.
3. Bâti de guidage et de soutien selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que des pièces d'écartement (25), pour limiter le déplacement de réglage de la traverse supérieure (8) par rapport au train nominal respectif de coulée continue, sont disposées sur des consoles (26) fixées aux montants (2) en dessous d'une plaque extérieure de la traverse (18).
4. Bâti de guidage et de soutien selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des deux côtés, sur les traverses supérieures (8) sont disposées des glissières (27) auxquelles correspondent sur les montants (2) des surfaces de guidage (28).
5. Bâti de guidage et de soutien selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas des traverses (4, 8) comportant trois cylindres et plus (5, 6 et 9, 11), les cylindres médians (11) sont respectivement guidés, avec possibilité de se déplacer, sur les traverses supérieures (8) transversalement par rapport à la billette de coulée continue (24) et peuvent être réglés au moyen des vérins (14) ; et en ce que les cylindres réglables (11) et/ou les cylindres (6) disposés en face sont entraînés positivement.
