Definitions

  • the invention relates to a time switch device with the features according to the first part of patent claim 1.
  • the width of this front plate is as small as possible, in particular not wider than 50 mm, in the case of a usually determined, standard height of the front plate of a shoe. It should be ensured that the time slice of the time switch device has the largest possible outer diameter in order to achieve a sufficiently fine-level programming by means of the switching tabs provided on the circumference of the time slice.
  • a timer installed on a shoe is known, the time or switching disk of which is obviously larger in outside diameter than the width of the front plate or front plate there.
  • the time or switching disk is accommodated there in the insert such that only a small circular section of the disk protrudes from a slot in the front plate or front plate.
  • time slice i.e. The switch tabs are only placed on the disc in the area of the circle that protrudes from the front plate.
  • the time slice must therefore be rotated section by section for programming. It is also not possible to see the entire programming scope on the time slice at a glance.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a time switch device for installation in inserts, which is not only provided with a time slice of relatively large outer diameter, but in which the time slice can be operated, programmed and read easily and clearly with the switching tabs provided on the circumference.
  • the time switch device with the time slice is arranged on an insert, and that this insert can in turn be used in an insert corresponding to the standards and can be pulled out of this standard insert for operating and programming the time slice.
  • time slice with the switching tabs is arranged on a slide-in module which can be pulled out for operation and programming from a second slide-in module or directly from a subrack or other housing.
  • the time slice can be mechanically decoupled from the drive for the duration of the operation or programming, or, if this should be advantageous for certain designs, can remain in direct engagement with the drive by a pivotable between the drive and the time slice for transmitting the drive torque Angular gear is provided.
  • An advantage of such a time switch device according to the invention is not only the relatively large outside diameter of a time slice which is possible there, which, when inserted for the standard use of so-called European maps as the inner board format, can have an outside diameter of up to 100 mm, but also the relatively small diameter that can be achieved thereby Switching time interval between two adjacent switching tabs on the time slice.
  • Another advantage is the simple and unproblematic operation and programming of time slices arranged in this way in the pulled-out state, which are easily visible from the front of the plug-in unit in the inserted state, especially since they can reach through with part of their circumference if necessary.
  • FIG. 1 essentially shows a subrack 1 in cross section with an insert 2 inserted there, on which a time switch device 3 in the form of a time switch is arranged. 4 there designates a time slice of the time switching device 3 on which programmable switching tabs 5 are provided. 6 denotes a time scale on the front / face side 7 of the time slice 4. A scale comparable to that with the number 6 can be provided on the end face 8 of the time slice 4. This scale was designated with the number 9.
  • the time slice 4 is arranged perpendicular to the front board 10 of the insert 2 and can expediently reach through part of its circumference through the board, so that the scales 6 and 9, but especially the scale 9, of which Front of the slot can be seen. It is expediently provided that the scale 9 and its time division to the scale 6 and their reference points can be angularly offset, as will be explained in more detail in one of the following sections of the description.
  • the time slice 4 can have a maximum diameter corresponding to the height of the insert 2 or its back plate.
  • the present arrangement according to the invention thus ensures the largest possible diameter for the switching riders 5 arranged on the circumference, so that a relatively small switching time interval between two mutually adjacent switching riders 5 is ensured.
  • the spatial height of the front-side circuit board 10 can be 128.5 mm and the width 50 mm or less.
  • the time switch 3 there can be designed as a so-called module and can be mounted on the board inside the slot.
  • the rear wall of such a time switch device 3 is already designed as a corresponding slide-in board, and which is guided in corresponding guide rails 12 of the rack 1.
  • 14 denotes a switching star of the time switching device 3, which is acted upon by switching cams of the switching tabs 5 in accordance with the switching program.
  • the time scale 6 is also related to the spatial position of this switching star 14 and is used not only for reading but in particular for programming aid for the switching tabs 5.
  • the scale 9 is provided, which, however, must be offset from the scale 6 by the angle between the reference mark 15 on the switching star 14 and the front reference mark 16 on the circuit board 10 or a cover 17 provided there a transparent material.
  • the slide-in module 2 is pulled out of the rack 1, or another frame or housing, as shown in FIG. 2.
  • the electrical connection to the female connectors 13 can be disconnected there for programming. If this is not to be done, then a flexible line adapter can be provided between the female connectors 13 on the insert 2 and on the stationary component carrier 1.
  • an additional slide-in unit 22 with a time switch 3 is provided on a corresponding slide-in module 2, if this should be large enough or should also carry other devices, which according to the invention for programming the time slice 4 can be pulled out of the slot 2.
  • the electrical connection between the insert 22 and the insert 2 or the subrack can be released or maintained via a flexible adapter.
  • only the time slice 4 for programming can be removed from the front of the board 10 of the insert 2 or 22, according to FIGS. 1 and 3, and that the remaining elements of a time switch device 3 remain on the inserted insert 2.
  • the time slice can be stored there on a so-called scissors 23 for this purpose, which makes them captive and additionally facilitates programming.
  • the front opening in the circuit board 10 can be closed by a hinged cover glass 24.
  • the time slice 4 can be provided on the circumference with a toothed ring 25 which, on the one hand, serves to engage a drive pinion 26 in the inserted state of the time slice 4 and, on the other hand, can serve as a knurl for setting the time slice 4 in the inserted state, in particular for setting the time. If the drive of the time slice 4 also during such programming or during such an embodiment the general maintenance must be ensured, the mechanical power flow can be maintained via a so-called pivotable angle gear 27. Such a transmission 27 can be mounted directly on the bearing scissors 23 shown there.
  • an insert 2, 22 can have any size and design if necessary.
  • several time slices 4 with different round-trip times can of course also be arranged coaxially with one another, e.g. with a time switch for a day and a week program, or for time relays with several different time ranges.
  • time slice 4 individually or together with a time switching device, is arranged so that it cannot be pulled out but can be pivoted out on an insert.
