Definitions
- the invention relates to a brick made of porous ceramic material, in particular perforated brick.
- wall blocks made of brick material are porosized, especially with polystyrene beads.
- Such porous bricks are also usually provided with a perforation through which they obtain a lattice-like structure.
- Perforated stones made of porous material are often manufactured and used in large formats, which results in efficient processing at the construction site.
- For processing the like wall blocks mostly specialist or semi-skilled personnel is required, since with the help of a suitable mortar, butt joints and bed joints must be formed on the butt and bearing surfaces.
- the bed joints in particular also serve to compensate for tolerances and unevenness of the stones on the bearing surfaces.
- the mortar in the joints also affects the living moisture and manual work on the wall (e.g. wallpapering) as long as the mortar water has not dried out.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a wall module which can also be bricked up by non-specialists and which also gives the wall improved thermal insulation.
- end faces have a tooth profile formed by extrusion with several wedge-shaped teeth and gaps between the teeth and the tooth profile on one end face is mirror-symmetrically complementary to the tooth profile of the opposite end face so shaped that regardless of the orientation of adjoining stones Interlocking tooth profiles with a positive fit.
- a plurality of teeth or tooth gaps are formed on each end face, the tooth profiles on opposite end faces being complementary, so that two abutting wall modules engage in a form-fitting manner via the tooth profiles.
- the tooth profile is mirror-symmetrically shaped so that it is the same which bearing surface points upwards or downwards and which abutting surfaces come together.
- Wall blocks made of ceramic material especially bricks As is well known, stones are manufactured using the extrusion process.
- the processing of the brick according to the invention is extremely simple because the bricks are simply placed against one another without the use of a mortar. It can even be done by laypeople.
- the brick according to the invention is therefore excellently created for the construction of self-constructed buildings.
- the tooth profiles also ensure that the bricks are automatically centered when they are set, i.e. are inevitably in the correct position when the tooth profiles interlock. From the outside, only very narrow, evenly formed butt joints can be seen, so that the wall has a clean, attractive appearance.
- the brick according to the invention is therefore also particularly suitable for buildings in which wall cladding, a veneer layer or the like is dispensed with for cost reasons, such as e.g. in agricultural buildings, industrial buildings, etc. Plastering to improve the appearance is no longer necessary.
- the centering effect of the wall block according to the invention is increased in that, according to an embodiment of the invention, the teeth and the gaps are trapezoidal in cross-section.
- the trapezoidal or wedge shape also has the advantage that it is relatively stable and therefore insensitive to impairments during transportation and handling at the construction site.
- a further embodiment of the invention provides that the end abutment Areas of one end tooth protrude slightly from the abutting surfaces of the other teeth, preferably by 1 to 3 mm. With a wall module shaped in this way, it is ensured that the end abutment surfaces are in each case well-fed regardless of the tolerances that occur.
- the shaping of the tooth profile in the extrusion process leads to the fact that the material in the area of the web and the teeth is more tightly sealed than in the other cross-sectional area of the stone.
- an embodiment of the invention provides that the distance between the tooth centers is between 50 and 70 mm. In the case of large-sized stones, this means a number of four or more teeth, which creates an extremely good form fit and an excellent heat-tight connection in the butt joint. Because of the relatively high tightness mentioned in the area of the tooth profile, there is no danger that the teeth will be damaged by careless handling during transport and processing.
- the dimensions of the tooth profile and thus also the distances between the tooth centers and between the gap centers are chosen regardless of which stone formats are produced. In this way it is possible to brick different stone formats together, provided the other conditions are met.
- the ratio of the width to the height of the teeth is between 2.5 and 1.5: 1, preferably about 2: 1.
- Such a height of the teeth has proven to be sufficient with regard to the desired requirements for thermal insulation and static strength, without the teeth themselves being endangered by impact and shock.
- the flank angle of the teeth is between 60 and 70 °.
- a perforated brick has a given perforated structure, which is chosen with regard to different requirements.
- an embodiment of the invention provides that the width of the web between the tooth gaps and the holes in the stone is approximately constant over the width of the stone. This means that the ends of the holes facing the abutting surface end in a plane which is approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the stone. In this way, the strength of the web is evenly distributed over its length.
- the web made of full material is naturally a relatively good heat conductor. Therefore, according to one embodiment of the invention, its width is chosen so that it is approximately the height of the teeth. Such Width is sufficient to ensure a stable connection of the teeth to the stone.
- a further embodiment of the invention provides that holes are provided in the teeth.
- the holes can extend more or less wide into the area of the web.
- the shape of the holes is arbitrary.
- the dimension of the holes transverse to the longitudinal axis is preferably relatively small, preferably not greater than 5 to 10 mm.
- Wall anchors of this type are prescribed for veneer layers that are upstream of the load-bearing wall.
- an embodiment of the invention provides that a groove or groove aligned with the holes for receiving the wall anchor is formed in the webs.
- the bearing surfaces of the brick according to the invention are ground plane-parallel.
- a wall can be set up by simply stacking the building blocks.
- the bricks can be connected to the bearing surfaces with the aid of a thin-bed mortar known per se, which has previously been applied in a small thickness.
- Such a process does not require any specialist knowledge and is therefore particularly suitable for self-construction. Grinding is only necessary on the bearing surfaces. The dimensional accuracy of the tooth profiles is achieved by extrusion.
- the brick bulk density is 0.6 to 0.8
- the degree of porosity is at least 50 pores per 5 cm 2 and the hole cross section is not greater than 40 to 50, preferably not greater than 46 % By volume.
- the teeth or tooth gaps are provided with undercuts, the teeth or gaps e.g. Have dovetail profiles. In such a tooth profile, the stones must be placed against each other from top to bottom.
- a method according to the invention provides for this that the binder is applied by contact application.
- Contact application means that the binder is removed from a supply with the aid of a device and is guided more or less from above against the bearing surface and brought into contact with it without a wiping or brushing movement taking place to the side.
- the application of the binder according to the invention can be carried out particularly easily if a device is used with an application surface which consists of foam, preferably rigid foam.
- foam preferably rigid foam.
- Polystyrene or polyurethane foam has proven itself as a material that is inexpensive in terms of function and effort.
- binder fraction e remains adhering to the contact surfaces, and in a relatively equal distribution. This procedure is extremely simple and can be carried out by any unskilled worker. Nevertheless, the optimal amount of binding agent is applied in this way with uniform distribution over the individual webs of the latticework of a hollow block.
- the application surface consisting of foam can be molded onto a one-piece block made of foam, on which a handle is also formed in one piece.
- a foam plate can also be provided, which is provided with an undercut channel for receiving the plate of a cleaning board. Plaster boards with wooden or metal surfaces are usually standardized in size.
- the receiving channel in the foam plate is shaped so that the plate of the cleaning board can be received with a slight clamp connection in order to ensure the application of the binder according to the invention in a simple manner.
- the surface is like a plaster board. However, it can also be slightly convex. In the case of a curved application surface, the contact is applied by rolling it slightly.
- notched trowel a so-called called notched trowel are used with which the mortar is applied to the bearing surfaces in a wavy distribution.
- Fig. 1 shows two hollow blocks 10, 11 made of porous brick material.
- the format is arbitrary or can be one of the usual approved formats.
- a hole arrangement 12 gives the stones 10, 11 a lattice structure in a known manner.
- the so-called LochanteiJ. is between 40 and 5 QV ol .-%.
- the stones 10, 11 are ribbed on the long sides, as shown at 14.
- the degree of porosity is at least 50 pores per 5 cm 2 .
- the brick density is between 0.6 and 0.8.
- the bearing surfaces of the stones 10, 11, of which only the upper ones can be seen at 15 and 16, are ground plane-parallel overall.
- the bricks 10, 11 have a tooth profile with teeth 17 and 18 and tooth gaps 19 and 20, respectively.
- Each end face or abutment surface of the module 10 has three trapezoid teeth 17 and three trapezoid tooth gaps 19.
- the tooth profiles are not symmetrical to the longitudinal axis 21 the stone 10, 11, but shaped and dimensioned so that they interlock regardless of the orientation of the stones with a positive fit.
- Straight abutting surfaces 22, 23 are provided on the sides, the width of which corresponds approximately to the width of the head of a tooth.
- the distance between the tooth centers is slightly more than 60 mm, the height of the teeth 17, 18 is approximately half the width of the tooth gaps 19, 20 in the base.
- the tooth or gap distance is otherwise independent of the format of the stone, i.e. the number of teeth grows with the width of a stone.
- the width of a web 40 between the perforation 12 and the gaps 19 is constant over the stone width and approximately equal to the height of the teeth 17 over the gaps 19.
- the position of the final tooth butt surfaces 23 is dimensioned such that they protrude by a small amount in relation to the other tooth butt surfaces, for example by 1 to 2 mm.
- Holes 24 are also provided in the area of the teeth 17 in order to likewise achieve a sufficient proportion of holes in this end area in order to improve the thermal insulation and reduce the mass.
- the shape of the holes 24 is arbitrary, their dimensions in the transverse direction are relatively small, for example 5 mm, so that a wall anchor can be effectively accommodated.
- Fig. 1 circular holes 24 are formed.
- a groove or elongated recess 41 of 1 to 3 mm depth which serves to receive the wall anchor section which runs in the area of the bearing surface.
- the tooth profiles of the stones 10, 11 shown in FIG. 1 form a kind of labyrinth seal, so that the thermal resistance in the joint area of the stones 10, 11 deviates not insignificantly from the other areas of the stones.
- FIG. 2 shows a device 30 for applying a binder to the bearing surfaces 15, 16 of the stones according to FIG. 1. It consists of a plate-like block 31 made of foam, for example PU foam or polystyrene, on which a handle section 32 is made in one piece on the upper side is formed with an undercut 33 through which the handle 32 can be gripped better by hand.

- the device 34 also has a foam plate 35 which on the top is provided with a continuous recess 36, in the side wall of which continuous grooves 37 are formed.
- a plate 38 of a cleaning board is received from the grooves and is provided with a handle 39 in a known manner.
- the positive connection between the plaster board and plate 35 is expediently lightly clamped in order to prevent the plaster board from slipping out of the plate 35 during handling.
- the devices 30 and 34 are used in such a way that they are gripped on the handles 32 and 39 and immersed in a binder supply. Due to the structure of the material used for the plates 31 and 35, a certain amount of binding agent sticks when the device is raised again. Then the device 30 or 34 is guided more or less from above against the bearing surfaces 15 or 16 and brought into contact with it. Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1 zeigt zwei Hohlblocksteine 10, 11 aus porosiertem Ziegelmaterial.
