Claims (13)

1. Schleifvorrichtung zum Profilieren einer Eisenbahnschiene, bestehend aus wenigstens einer Schleifenheit mit wenigstens einer durch einen Motor (3; 25) angetriebenen Schleifscheibe (1; 26), wobei diese Vorrichtung auf einem Führungsschlitten (18, 19) eines Fahrzeugs angeordnet und eine Einrichtung (23, 24) vorgesehen ist, die den Schlitten (18, 19) in der Höhe gegenüber dem Fahrzeug verschiebt und den Schlitten (18, 19) mit einer gegebenen Kraft gegen die Schiene (12) drückt, und wobei die Schleifscheibe (1; 26) eine aktive frontale Fläche aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifscheibe (1; 26) eine Umfangsfläche in der Form einer nicht zylindrischen Rotationsfläche aufweist, deren Erzeugenden oder deren Tangenten an die Erzeugenden einander oberhalb der Schiene (12) auf der Rotationsachse der Schleifscheibe (1; 26) kreuzen und daß das Zustellen der Schleifscheibe (1; 26) gegen die Schiene (12) mittels einer Vorschubeinrichtung (5; 17; 36) erfolgt, die der Schleifscheibe (1; 26) eine deren Schneidtiefe definierende und deren Verschleiß ausgleichende Vorschubbewegung in einer zur Achse der Schiene (12) senkrecht stehenden Ebene mit der Drehachse der Schleifscheibe (1; 26) einer der Hälfte des von den Erzeugenden oder den Tangenten an die Erzeugenden der Schleifscheibe (1; 26) gebildeten Scheitelwinkels (a) im wesentlichen gleichen Winkel (Ip) einschließenden Richtung erteilt.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifscheibe (1) eine Schleifscheibe mit konischer Umfangsfläche ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsfläche der Schleifscheibe (1) eben ist und sie zu deren Drehachse senkrecht ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie gegenüber dem Schlitten (18, 19) um eine zur Schiene (12) parallele Achse im Winkel verschiebbar ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel (91) zwischen der Vorschubrichtung der Schleifscheibe (1; 26) und ihrer Drehachse etwa gleich 30° ist.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel (91) zwischen der Vorschubrichtung der Schleifscheibe (1; 26) und ihrer Drehachse etwa gleich 45° ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung der Schleifscheibe (26) eine Anordnung von Hebeln (28, 29, 35, 38, 33) aufweist, die ein verformbares Parallelogramm bilden, das wenigstens eine Schleifeinheit (26, 25) mit dem Schlitten (18, 19) verbindet, und daß ein Stellzylinder (36) die Verformungen des Parallelogramms steuert.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifeinheiten (1, 3 und 25, 26) an ein und demselben Träger (8, 10) des Schlittens (18, 19) paarweise befestigt sind.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubrichtung der Schleifscheiben (1; 26) der an ein und demselben Träger (8, 10) befestigten Schleifeinheiten (1, 3 und 25, 26) dieselbe ist.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (9, 11; 39) zum Regeln der Neigung jeder Schleifeinheit (1, 3) gegenüber ihrem gemeinsamen Träger (8; 10).
11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsumfangsfläche der Schleifscheibe (1) konkav ist.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorschub der Schleifscheibe (1) längs einer gekrümmten Bahn erfolgt.
13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorschub der Schleifscheibe (1) längs eines Kreisbogens erfolgt.
