Definitions
- the invention relates to a leak indicator and leakage device for a concrete wall under liquid pressure, the wall being constructed in multiple layers and the individual layers being constructed one after the other and a film being applied to a first concrete layer facing the liquid pressure side, and a liquid-permeable layer between this waterproof film and a second concrete layer Layer is formed and the liquid-permeable layer is divided by bulkheads into liquid-tight sections, in which lines are attached at intervals to the liquid-tight film, which are used to detect the water leakage and to press sealing material.
- the known device is based on two foils cast between concrete layers, of which the foil on the liquid pressure side is provided with knobs on the side facing the other foil, which ensure a distance between the two foils. The distance is sufficient to ensure that the sealant is pressed.
- the two foils are welded to each other at the appropriate points for partitioning.
- Such films have the disadvantage that they require a considerable amount of material.
- the welding requires additional tools and additional work.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a leak indicator and leak device which requires little material and labor.
- the liquid-permeable layer consists of a fleece with an open, high pore volume and the bulkheads designed as I-profiles cut through the fleece or press them together in such a way that no open pore volume remains and that the second concrete layer is cast onto the fleece is and that the lines connect up to the liquid-tight film and are provided with lateral openings in the area of the passage through the fleece.
- a fleece now takes the place of one of the two foils.
- the material expenditure of a nonwoven is considerably less than that for a liquid-tight film of the known device.
- Neither the fleece nor the second film used in the device according to the invention require substantial processing.
- a concrete wall provided for the seepage or pressurized water area of a building consists of a concrete layer 6 and a concrete layer 7. Between the concrete layers 6 and 7, a sealing membrane 1 made of plastic and a fleece 3 made of plastic are enclosed.
- the concrete of the concrete layer 6 surrounds profile bars 2 with an I-shaped cross section, which extend in the longitudinal direction of the wall from one end to the other. This applies both in the horizontal and in the vertical direction, so that the profile bars 2 form a grid structure in the concrete.
- the end of the I-shaped profile cross-section is anchored in the concrete layer 6 of all profile bars, while the other finally lies against the sealing membrane 1.
- the fleece 3 extends as a mat between the profile bars 2.
- the pipes 4 and 5 have a collar at one end, with which they abut the sealing membrane 1 like the profile bars 2. With the other end they extend through the concrete layer 6 and protrude from the concrete layer 6 on the inside of the wall.
- This concrete construction is produced by first pouring the concrete layer 7 (e.g. diaphragm wall as a construction pit wall), the sealing membrane 1 is applied, the profiled bars 2 are placed on the sealing membrane and the mat-shaped fleeces 3 with the pipes 4 and 5 between the individual profiled bars 2 or placed in every grid. Then the sealing membrane 1, the fleece 3, the profile bars 2 and the pipes 4 and 5 are poured with concrete.
- the concrete layer 7 e.g. diaphragm wall as a construction pit wall
- the leak water usually exits the respective lower pipeline 4 in a grid enclosing the leak.
- the leaking water clearly shows the leak.
- a sealing compound made of epoxy resin is pressed into the fleece 3 in the direction indicated by the arrow 8 through the lower pipeline 4. Suitable openings at the pipeline end enclosed by the fleece 3 allow the sealant to enter the fleece 3. The leakage water also flows out through these openings.
- the sealing compound is filled in until it emerges through the upper pipeline 5. This gives simple and safe control over the sealing process.

Description
- Fig. 2 einen Schnitt entlang der Linie II/II in Fig. 1.
