Definitions
- the invention relates to a press drive with a central eccentric shaft, which is operatively connected via connecting rods to a sliding block guided in a straight guide, tabs being articulated symmetrically to one another on the sliding block, via which a ram can be moved indirectly by means of a further articulated connection, and wherein the and corresponding masses, counter-driven mass balance weights are provided, which are connected to the sliding block via further links.
- a generic press drive is described in DE-OS 25 34 628.
- the well-known press drive which is especially designed for high-speed mechanical presses, contains a central eccentric shaft that is functionally connected to a sliding block via connecting rods.
- Tabs or one-armed levers are articulated symmetrically to one another on the sliding block, via which a plunger can be moved indirectly by means of a further articulated connection.
- the one-armed levers are mounted opposite the articulation of the sliding block on ram adjustments, which are arranged fixed to the press frame.
- Push rods which act between the plunger and the one-armed levers, serve as a further articulated connection.
- mass balance weights are provided via further links and double levers, which enable a complete dynamic mass balance.
- the usual arrangement namely an eccentric bushing that can be rotated relative to an eccentric, is provided for the stroke adjustment.
- the dynamic behavior of the press is influenced unfavorably by the arrangement of the bearings in the power flow and by the arrangement of the one-armed lever, so that, among other things, the depth of immersion of the upper tools in the lower tools increases with increasing stroke rates, since the number of bearing clearances and also the elastic deformation of the one-armed levers, which are subjected to bending, significantly reduce the rigidity of the overall system.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a press drive which, with complete dynamic mass balancing, is constructed with a minimum of bearings located in the power flow, and which has components in the power flow that are only subjected to pressure and tension.
- the press drive according to the invention fulfills the requirements stated at the outset, a minimum of bearings in the power flow, namely three per knee joint, no components subjected to bending stress, as a result of which the masses to be moved are reduced and a lighter design can be achieved.
- the press drive according to the invention thus achieves a high degree of rigidity, which results in a reduction in tool wear, since the immersion depth and the rest are dynamic Behavior is positively influenced. If the press drive according to the invention is equipped with a stroke adjustment device, the feed phase of a feed device which is driven directly by the press drive remains constant during a stroke adjustment.
- 1 and 2 is constructed symmetrically to a crank or eccentric shaft 10. At least one connecting rod 11 is connected to the eccentric shaft 10 and is connected to a sliding block 12.
- the sliding block 12 is guided in a straight guide 13 in a press frame 14 and connected to two brackets 15, 16.
- the tabs 15, 16 are connected via extensions 17, 18 to almost horizontally arranged first knee joints 19, 20 and 21, 22.
- the first knee joints 19, 20 and 21, 22 are mounted with their links 19, 21 on support points 23, 24 in a press frame, while the links 20, 22 are connected to second knee joints 25, 26 and 27, 28 arranged almost vertically via extensions 29, 30 are.
- the second knee joints 25, 26 and 27, 28 are mounted with the links 25, 27 and their extensions 29, 30 on supports 31, 32 fixed to the press frame.
- Mass balance weights 33, 34 are articulated on the links 26, 28 in a press-frame manner.
- press frame-guided means that the mass balancing weights 33, 34 are either guided on arms 35, 36 on circular arcs which almost correspond to the tangents placed on the circular arches, or are guided in frame-fixed - see FIG. 2 - guides 37, 38 which are arranged in the same direction as the guides of a plunger 39, which are not shown in detail.
- transmission straps 40, 41 are articulated, which are attached directly with almost vertically ordered third knee joints 42, 43 and 44, 45 are connected.
- the tappet 39 is articulated on the links 43, 45, while the links 42, 44 are supported on the tappet adjustment devices 46, 47, which are known per se, in a press frame-fixed manner.
- the variant shown in FIG. 2 differs from the press drive according to FIG. 1 by the already mentioned linear guides 37, 38 for the mass balance weights 33, 34 and the arrangement of the support points 23, 24.
- the extensions 17 are omitted , 18, so that the tabs 15, 16 are connected directly to the links 19, 21 of the first knee joints 19, 20 and 21, 22.
- the support points 23, 24 are designed as such.
- FIG. 3 shows a stroke adjustment device which is expediently used in the press drive according to FIG. 1.
- Sliding blocks 48, 49 are guided in linear guides 50, 51 fixed to the press frame.
- the sliding blocks 48, 49 are adjusted by a threaded spindle 52, 53, which are equipped with a worm wheel 54, 55 at the ends facing each other.
- the worm wheels 54, 55 are driven by a common, central worm shaft 56, which can be designed to be either motor-driven or manually movable.
- the stroke adjustment device is designed, which can preferably be used in a press drive according to FIG. 2.
- the support points 23, 24 are arranged on levers 57, 58 which are fixed to the frame but are pivotable.
- the pivotable levers 57, 58 are connected via connecting straps 59, 60 to a central sliding block 61 which can be adjusted by means of an adjusting spindle 62.
- the adjusting spindle 62 is driven here via worm wheels 63, 64, whereby both a manual drive and a motor drive can be provided.
- a comparison of the generic press drive with a press drive according to the invention shows that in a two-point drive for the known press drive according to DE-OS 25 34 628 in the power flow thirteen (13) hinge points or bearing points total 31 bearing points must be arranged, while in a comparable press drive according to the invention only six (6) articulation points, ie the minimum number for two knee joints, of 31 articulation points are also arranged in the power flow.
- the positions of the first knee joints 19, 20 and 21, 22 and the third Knee joints 42, 43 and 44, 45 are selected so that when the lower reversal point of the ram 39 is reached, the third knee joints 42, 43 and 44, 45 pass through the stretched position, while the first knee joints 19, 20 and 21, 22 pass through the flexion position.
- the second knee joints 25, 26 and 27, 28 simultaneously pass through the extended position, so that, given the condition that the length ratios of the links 25, 26 and 27, 28 of the second knee joints 25, 26 and 27, 28 and the link 42 are identical , 43 and 44, 45 of the third knee joints 42, 43 and 44, 45- and corresponding dimensioning of the mass balance weights 33, 34 of the handlebars and the brackets of the press drive is balanced.
- the second knee joints 25, 26 and 27, 28 are moved at exactly the same angle as the third knee joints 42, 43 and 44, 45 - in opposite directions in the example described.
- the arrangement can also be constructed in such a way that the second and third knee joints are driven in pairs in the same direction but in opposite directions.
- the stroke of the mass balance weights 33, 34 articulated on the second knee joint 25, 26 and 27, 28 is automatically changed when the stroke is changed.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1 die schematische Darstellung eines Pressenantriebes
- Fig. 3 eine Hubverstellvorrichtung, wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt,
- Fig. 4 eine Hubverstellvorrichtung, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt.
