Un tel banc comprend, à l'une des extrémités d'une aire plane très allongée (cent mètres pour fixer les idées), des organes de fixation de plusieurs cours d'armatures parallèles et, à l'autre, des moyens de mise en tension simultanée ou non de toutes ces armatures tandis que les moules, disposés en files parallèles le long du banc, sont traversés par lesdites armatures.
