Definitions

  • the invention relates to an insulated outer lining for building walls, including a foamed insulating material and an outer plaster.
  • the invention seeks to remedy this.
  • the invention as characterized in the claims, solves the problem of creating an insulated outer cladding for building walls in which the plaster is carried not by insulating material but by the building mass, with panels being arranged at a distance from the building wall, the intermediate space foamed between the panels and the building wall and the plaster is applied to the outside of the panels.
  • a metal plate 2 is connected to the building wall 1 by means of screw bolts 3 with the aid of known dowels 4.
  • the heads 5 of the bolts 3 are sunk in the metal plate 2.
  • the shaft 6 of the bolt 3 is surrounded by a plastic sleeve 7.
  • This plastic sleeve 7 acts as a spacer such that a predetermined distance of the metal plate 2 from the building wall 1 can be set.
  • the length of the respective plastic sleeves 7 can be selected, depending on the desired thickness of the insulating plastic layer, as will be explained below.
  • These plastic sleeves 7 are made of plastic because plastic is a poor heat conductor.
  • the metal plate 2 is equipped on the plaster side with a large number of projections 8, 8 holes 9 being arranged in the flank regions of the projections such that a connection is made in each case between the opposite surfaces of the plate.
  • the plaster 10 is attached to the outside of the plate 2.
  • the layer 11 made of foamed plastic, which acts as thermal insulation, sound insulation, etc.
  • This layer consists of foamed urea formaldehyde.
  • Urea formaldehyde is superior to most other known foamed insulating materials in that it does not store water, repels water and is vapor permeable.
  • Urea formaldehyde is often used to foam cavities, but although it is much harder than the known foams, it has not been considered useful for insulating external walls because urea formaldehyde does not adhere.
  • the fact that the metal plate 2 is used as formwork for the foam means that external insulation can now be carried out using foamed urea-formaldehyde.
  • This formwork i. that is, the metal plate 2 now also serves as a carrier for the plastering 10.
  • the metal is used because its coefficient of thermal expansion is approximately equal to that of the plastering 10.
  • the plaster 10 is interlocked with the metal plate 2.
  • the metal plate 2 has projections 8 on the side serving to hold the plaster 10, the flanks of which are provided with holes 9. These projections 8 are shown in section in FIG. 1 and graphically in FIG. 2.
  • the protrusions 8 with holes 9 of the metal plate 2 are produced in a known manner by punching the relevant areas of the metal plate 2.
  • the central axis of the circular hole 19 runs perpendicular to the metal plate 2.
  • the central axis of the hole 9 runs parallel to the metal plate 2).
  • the projection 18 of the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 3 is a cup-shaped projection directed towards the plaster 10, which surrounds the hole 19.
  • the insulated outer cladding according to the invention is produced by first drilling holes at predetermined locations on the building wall and providing dowels 4. Then cut metal plates 2, z. B. screwed with a thickness of 1/2 cm by means of the bolts 3 to the building wall 1. The length of the respective plastic sleeves 7 determines the thickness of the insulation layer, which depending on the requirements, for. B. can be 6-15 cm.
  • the space formed between the building wall 1 and metal plate 2 is foamed with urea-formaldehyde foam in a known manner. This foam hardens in about 48 hours, and then the plaster is applied to the metal plate 2 in a known manner. When applying the plaster penetrates through the holes 9 and 19 and is thus anchored to the plate 2 after curing.
  • the cured foam 11 does not carry the plaster 10 at any point.
  • the forces resulting from the weight of the plaster 10 are transmitted to the building wall 1 via the metal plate and the screw bolts. Damage to the foam by shearing it off due to external forces is not possible.
  • the building wall 1 is shown, and with the reference number 12 denotes part of a wooden window frame. (Of course, the window frame can be made of any material).
  • the window frame 12 is inserted into the building wall 1 in a known manner.
  • 4 also shows a section of one of the metal plates 2 already described, which is screwed to the building wall 1 by means of screw bolts 3, which are provided with plastic sleeves 7.
  • the foam 11 is located between the building wall 1 and the metal plate 2, and the plaster 10 is attached to the outside of the metal plate 2.
  • An angle profile 14 is connected to the edge of the metal plate 2 directed against the opening 13 in the building wall 1.
  • This angle profile 14 is also provided with projections 8 and holes 9 (not shown) serving as anchoring members and is fixedly connected, for example by means of rivets 15, to the respective metal plate 2 or the respective metal plates 2.
  • the connection can also be done in another way, e.g. B. be made with welds.
  • One leg 16 of the angle profile 14 lies on the outer surface of the building wall 1 and forms the lateral closure of the space to be filled with foam 11 or filled with foam 11.
  • An angle profile 14, which is riveted to the respective plate 2 is thus arranged in the upper, lower, left and right wall of the square opening 13 of the building wall 1.
  • plaster 10 can be applied in a known manner up to the window frame 12.
  • the outer cladding described is not only suitable for new buildings, but is particularly advantageous for post-insulation on existing buildings, old buildings.
  • exterior plasters of buildings are often structured in different ways for aesthetic reasons and often have deformations, so that the existing plaster must be knocked off for subsequent insulation in order to obtain a uniform surface with which the prefabricated insulation panels to be bonded must be connected. or on which surface the insulating material applied in the flowable state is to be applied. It should be recalled that it has already been established that an insulating material applied in the flowable state itself creates difficulties with regard to the formation of a uniform outer surface.
  • panels 2 are arranged at a distance from the building wall 1, there is no need to take account of existing irregularities of a building wall, so that post-insulation is considerably easier to carry out in comparison with the prior art.
