Abstract
To allow cladding panels or slabs to be fitted to the exterior of a building, anchorage bolts (5) embedded in the wall of the building are used to carry brackets (6) which support the panels. Each bracket is made from bent plate, the bolt passing through an inner vertical end and the horizontal outer end carrying a vertical rod fitting into recesses in the edges of the panels. The bracket can be adjusted in at least one direction. Lock nuts on the projecting threaded end of the bolt permit horizontal adjustment. A slot in the vertical part, for the bolt, permits a vertical adjustment of + or - 20mm. The bolt and bracket are made of high strength stainless steel. ADVANTAGE - Easy installation.
Description
BESCHREIBUNG
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a facade anchor consisting of an anchor head and an anchor bolt, for mounting facade panels, in particular for anchoring natural stone facade panels to concrete walls and masonry such that a simple displacement of the panel in at least one direction is possible during the assembly of the facade panels. (Inevitable inaccuracies when moving the anchors can be compensated with this system.)
In buildings with curtain walls, there is always the problem of moving the anchors and adjusting the subsequently installed facade panels, taking into account the thermal expansion of the panels and their dilatation.
Conventionally, this has been done in such a way that the anchors are moved, but subsequently no possibility of adapting the anchors to the facades or. whose dilatation joints has. In order to avoid damage due to constraints of the anchors on the facade, anchoring that can be adjusted on all sides has clear advantages.
The conventional facade technology has proven itself per se, but has the disadvantage that if the anchors are inaccurately displaced during and after the application of the facade panels, constraints on the anchors and uneven stress conditions can arise in the panels.
In order to avoid these disadvantages, anchors have been developed to which a steel mandrel is glued in the borehole using synthetic resin mortar in such a way that the outstanding bolt part can be screwed to the special anchor head. The bolt and the anchor head are made of high-quality CNiMo steel.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating an anchor which has the advantages of the known systems without taking on their disadvantages and is therefore more interesting in terms of safety and economy than these.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by an anchor as defined in claim 1.
An advantageous embodiment of the anchor according to the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. In this shows:
Fig. 1 seen a partial longitudinal section through this anchor from the side.
Fig. 2 seen a partial longitudinal section through the same anchor from above, and
3 shows a functional combination of the armature (displacement in two directions)
4 shows a functional combination of the armature (displacement in one direction)
3, a concrete wall 1 can be seen in fine lines, with a facade panel 2 and an insulation layer 3 inserted between them, which are connected via the anchor 4 according to the invention. The latter, as can best be seen from FIGS. 1 + 2, consists of a steel mandrel 5 and an anchor head 6. (5 + 6 corrosion-proof)
The steel mandrel 5 is made of high-quality, corrosion-proof rib steel with a thread applied on one side. The anchor head 6 is made of corrosion-proof steel and is screwed onto the freely protruding thread.
