Abstract
Description
Beschreibung description
The invention relates to a facade cladding system for the outer facade of buildings, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such facade cladding systems are for example from DE-OS 27 29 610 known and in the form of facade insulation panels in the trade. The facade insulation or plaster base plates have a layer of heat insulation material, for example in the form of mineral fiber boards with a thickness of up to 80 mm on the front side are coated in such a way that a desired external plaster of the facade is applied thereon can be. Between the final coating with, for example, plastic exterior plaster and the outer layer of the insulation boards can have a base layer, a reinforcement for example made of glass fiber reinforcement and, if necessary, a preparatory layer applied to ensure a permanent attachment of the external plaster. The wall side the plaster base board is secured by a suitable adhesive such as a thin bed mortar set against the substrate in the form of masonry or concrete. In particular, if, in the case of an old building renovation, the subsurface is already insufficient A stable old plaster is provided, a mechanical fastening must also be used the plaster base plates are provided on the solid wall or the substrate, such Facade cladding with thermal insulation panels is therefore fundamentally different of thermally insulated walls with a metal skeleton, such as those found in particular in industrial buildings, such as cold stores are possible. By specifying a finished substrate and the task of arranging the thermal insulation material between the The outer surface of the subsurface and an external plaster to be applied result entirely problems other than the construction of metal skeleton walls with sandwiched enclosed thermal insulation in particular is the thickness of the insulation material in the case such a facade cladding through its flexural, tensile and tear strength limited; because the material of the thermal insulation, for example in the form of mineral fiber boards is burdened by the weight of the plaster and must hold the plastered surface securely In particular, when cladding the facade of high-rise buildings, this already results as a result, considerable forces introduced into the thermal insulation material, for which reason high-rise buildings are exposed to wind loads that generate local suction forces of up to around 4,000 N per m2 result in a pulsating load. In addition to the stability must also ensures sufficient resistance to mechanical stresses when propping up equipment normally used for maintenance and the like.
This leads to the fact that, for example, with thermal insulation material in the form of mineral fiber boards an upper limit for the thickness of the thermal insulation layer is 80 mm and also for other insulation materials such as rigid polystyrene foam panels can hardly achieve greater thicknesses If this insulation thickness can also be a very tangible thermal insulation as opposed to the direct application of the external plaster to the substrate, so very often it turns out that the insulation thickness is still considerably greater in some cases 10 to 20 cm and even more are desirable, not only in climatically exposed areas Layers, but also generally because of such higher dam thicknesses with less Effort a further significant improvement in thermal insulation is what can be achieved just with regard to the Attractive savings in heating costs is. Such high insulation thicknesses can, however, be achieved with the known facade cladding systems not attach.
In contrast, the invention is based on the object of a facade cladding system to create the genre outlined in the preamble of claim 1, which at a Minimum level of thermal bridges increases the insulation thickness to well over 10 cm Requirement even up to 30 cm.
The solution to this problem takes place through the characteristic features of claim 1.
Characterized in that od between the solid wall. Like. As a substrate and the The back of the plaster base plates, if necessary, of the spacer type that has been customary up to now are provided on the side of the plaster base plates in the holding surfaces parallel to the wall end, the plaster base plates can instead be placed directly on e.g. the solid wall or the plaster of which is attached as a substrate to the holding surfaces of the spacers, the space bridged by the spacers between the rear surface of the plaster base plates and the outer surface of the subsoil are available for additional thermal insulation stands. The mechanical spacers anchored to the ground form with their wall-parallel holding surfaces thus to a certain extent a replacement wall as a new subsurface, to which the plaster base plates can be attached as well as e.g. to the solid wall can. If necessary, by means of suitable stiffening systems in the one formed in this way Space between the outer surface of the underground and the rear surface of the plaster base plates, advantageously with the inclusion of the spacers, an additional Filling of thermal insulation material are introduced behind the plaster base plates, their Thickness not caused by mechanical loads on the plaster or the plaster carrier plates is limited here, but can be chosen to be of almost any size.
Die Unteransprüche haben vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung zum Inhalt. The subclaims have advantageous developments of the invention Go to content.
Further details, features and advantages of the invention result from the following description of an embodiment with reference to the drawing.
It shows Fig. 1 schematically simplified a vertical section through an outer wall with a facade cladding according to the invention Fig. 2 shows a detail according to circle II in Fig0 1 in an enlarged view, Fig, 3 a Fig. 1 essentially Corresponding representation of the facade cladding, but not the subsurface as a solid wall, but as an already thermally insulated lightweight wall with wooden studs 4 is a section through the clad wall according to line IV-IV in Fig0 3, Fig. 5 a representation corresponding to Figs. 1 and 3 essentially a clad outer wall, with the load-bearing substrate already having a is a solid wall provided with an outer thermal insulation layer, and FIG. 6 is a FIG. 5 essentially corresponding representation of a clad outer wall, with the supporting base formed by a lightweight construction with an outer thermal insulation layer. det is.
In Fig. 1, 1 is a substrate in the form of a solid wall la im Example trap made of concrete illustrated, but of course also made of masonry could exist, and from one formed in the example by a cellar wall Foundation 2 runs upwards. On the outside of the substrate 1 is a total with 3 designated facade cladding provided on its outside in the has a variety of plaster base plates 4 known per se, which are in the this usual way to wear an external plaster 5, the usual type of attachment of the external plaster 5 on the thermal insulation material denoted by 6 in FIG. 2 in the example is not shown in more detail in the form of mineral fiber boards.
As illustrated in particular in FIG. 2, the plaster base plates are 4 with its rear facing away from the external plaster 5 to the substrate 1 or the solid wall ia attached to parallel holding surfaces 7, for which glue 8 in the usual way, such as adhesive mortar, is used, and in the example case additional mechanical Fastening elements 9 in the form of self-tapping wide head tapping screws od. Like. Are provided.
However, the holding surfaces are different from the usual way up to now 7 is not formed on the substrate 1 itself, but on the one facing away from the substrate 1 Ends of spacers 10, which in turn will be discussed in more detail below are anchored to the substrate 1 as explained. In this way, form the holding surfaces 7 is a distance from the designated 11 outer surface of the solid wall new subsurface for fastening the plaster base plates 4, while the space in between 12 between the holding surfaces 7 or the back of the thermal insulation material 6 of the plaster base plates 4 and the outer surface 11 of the solid wall 1 with another filling Can be provided from thermal insulation material 13 Since the spacers 10 by their Anchoring on the solid wall 1 a secure support for the plaster base plates 4 can guarantee, the thermal insulation material 13 does not need any in the space 12 exposed to mechanical loads with the exception of pressure from its own weight to be, so that there are no special requirements with regard to bending, tensile and tear resistance must be provided. Therefore, the thickness of the thermal insulation material 13 can be selected as high as desired according to the respective requirements In the example, the thermal insulation material 13 is also made of mineral fiber boards formed which have a certain mechanical strength and therefore a Contribution to securing the position of the plaster base plates 4 can therefore make the Holding surfaces 7 are limited in terms of surface area and an additional attachment of the Plaster base panels 4 by means of adhesive 8 on the outside of the mineral fiber panels of the thermal insulation material 13 took place, as illustrated in the middle part of FIG is. The stronger the thermal insulation material 13 on the securing of the plaster base plates 4 can be involved, which is less expensive in terms of design and manufacturing The holding surfaces 7 can be held in a more favorable manner the advantage that therewith breakthroughs in the form of the mutual distances arise on the holding surfaces 7, which prevent a vapor barrier, which is then important is, if there is not also a vapor barrier on the inside of the underground of the 1 is arranged0 Thus, moisture from the interior of the house can reach the area the plaster base plates 4 penetrate in a manner known per se, as shown in Fig0 11 can be seen, protrude on its underside opposite the foundation 2 and with a perforated plate 14 are closed at the bottom, which allows water to drain.
It is important that the space 12 between the holding surfaces 7 and the outer surface 11 of the substrate 1 by no means over the outer edge of the foundation 2 must protrude, as illustrated in Fig. 1, so that the additional Gap 12 no visual change in the facade compared to the previously usual Must bring construction.
As can be seen from the drawing, the spacers 10 are Rail-shaped and arranged horizontally on the substrate 1. Form thereby they a cassette-like support system for the thermal insulation material 13, so that this is supported in a large number of places in order to avoid excessive stress Avoid dead weight. The horizontal joints 15 between one above the other Plaster base plates 4 can be compared to the rail-shaped spacers 10 are arranged offset in the manner shown in FIG. 1, so as to avoid thermal bridges can be safely avoided by aligning joints. In addition, this advises the the outer sides of the spacer 10 arranged holding surfaces 7 in the area the undisturbed backs of the plaster base plates 4 and thus ensure a clean Support. However, a vertical arrangement of the spacers 10 is also possible, even if these are not rail-shaped.
The spacers 10 are fastened on the one hand by means of adhesive 16, between the wall-side double flanges 17 and the outer surface 11 of the as a solid wall 1a formed substrate 1 is attached; In addition, tie rods 18 are as mechanical fastening means are provided which are screwed into the substrate 1 are. The tie rods 18 penetrate a perpendicular to the outer surface 11 of the substrate 1 extending web 19 of each spacer 10 and put this in turn under Pressure bias while the designated 20 shaft of the tie rod 18 between its screw-in end 30 and its head 31 is constantly under tension is, for this purpose, the shaft 20 of each tie rod 18 lies in the plane of the web 19 to to achieve a symmetrical load distribution. To make this easier is the bridge 19 in the area of the passage of the shaft 20 of each tie rod 18 in the example provided with wave-shaped bulges 21, which alternate on both sides the level and when passing through the level opposite the. shaft 20 of the tie rod 18 there form inclined surfaces which the shaft 20, as in FIG Fig. 2 can be seen, can prevail in breakthroughs. The bulges 21 are only provided in a narrow area on both sides of the shaft 20 of the tie rod 18, wherein the material of the bulges 21 when passing through the web level with the adjacent undeformed material of the web 19 remains connected, like this is indicated in FIG.
Basically, the illustrated wave-like design is the Bulges 21 not required, since it must only be ensured that the Shank 20 of tie rod 18 in the area of web 19 structurally in the web plane can be arranged. This is because the thickness of the shaft 20 of the tie rod 18 will usually be at least in the order of magnitude of the thickness of the web 19, required, the web in the area of the shaft 20 from the material of the web 19 to free. Apart from the possibility of a recess in the material of the To provide web 19, any form of suitable bulges is sufficient for this, see above about a groove-shaped bulge which receives the shaft 20 without this the material of the web 19 penetrates, or a series of any bulges on both sides of the shaft 20, which optionally after the introduction of a pilot hole allow the shaft 20 to pass through the web 19 in the plane of the web. Form such bulges is determined in practice according to deformation respectively.
The holding surfaces 7 are attached to the double flanges 17 on the wall side parallel double flanges 22 of the spacers 10 are provided so that the spacers 10 take the form of double-T beams made of suitable material such as metal. the Double flanges 22 are therefore not only used on their outside to form the holding surfaces 7, but with their insides in addition to securing the position of the thermal insulation material 13 against movements away from the substrate 1. When using mineral fiber insulation boards as thermal insulation material 13, these are therefore safe at their upper and lower edges held against the outer surface 11 of the substrate 1 and, moreover, when horizontal Arrangement of the webs 19 placed on the respective lower web 19. Can be used for assembly for example, initially all spacers 10 in the form of the double-T-beams be anchored to the substrate 1 by means of the tie rods 18, whereupon the corresponding sized thermal insulation panels of the thermal insulation material 13 through an insertion opening can be inserted from the side. The safe achieved in this way and positive retention of the mineral fiber boards of the thermal insulation material 13 is favored their inclusion to support the plaster base plates 4 in the area between comparatively small holding surfaces 7. In a particularly advantageous manner, this inclusion in the support of the plaster base plates 4 are reinforced by the fact that the Fibers of the thermal insulation panels, as indicated at 23, not parallel to the outer surface 11 of the substrate 1, but rather inclined to it, ideally run perpendicular to it. It is thereby achieved that the thermal insulation panels of the thermal insulation material 13 tensile forces can transfer better in the direction of their thickness without increasing the density.
In a simple manner in terms of production technology such Orientation of the fibers by designing the mineral fiber insulation panels as compression panels can be achieved, as is known from DE-OS 15 35 620, for example.
In the course of production, the slab sheet is parallel to its Production or transport direction compressed, so that the first in this direction lying fibers stand up and more or less pronounced at right angles to the direction of production stand so point in the direction of the thickness of the panels.
For mineral aser insulation panels of the thermal insulation material 6 of the plaster base panels 4 such a design as compression plates is possible, but not necessary, since the plaster base plates 4 can have a comparatively small thickness and the Main part of the overall desired thermal insulation problem-free from the thermal insulation material 13 large thickness can be taken over. The plaster base plates 4 in the hitherto customary ways in thicknesses between about 3 cm and 8 cm are used, and the thickness of the thermal insulation material 13 bav. of the space 12 in the area between about 5 and 25 cm can be chosen with the division between the thermal insulation material 13 and the thermal insulation material 6 in a ratio of roughly 2: 1 can be selected.
This results in the filling of thermal insulation material 13 behind the plaster base plates 4 for each application, the thickness of the plaster base plates 4 more or less limited, a tripling of the insulation thickness without any noteworthy thermal bridges.
Because the adhesive layers 16, like the adhesive layers 8 are applied in areas and evenly distributed over the entire area, results an additional fastening of the thermal insulation panels of the thermal insulation material 13, so that the distances between the holding surfaces 7 can be increased. Such, Living layers 13 distributed evenly over the entire surface carry on in addition to "that the other available space reliably and permanently is filled by the thermal insulation material 13, since its supporting wall-side surface through the adhesive layers 18 are well supported on the substrate 1.
In FIGS. 3 to 6, a facade cladding 3 is illustrated, according to the above explanations in particular from FIG. 2 with details can be applied in an obvious manner. However, the subsurface 1 does not exist from a bare solid wall or, if necessary, provided with a previous external plaster ia, but from a lightweight wall or an already insulated outer wall. In the Fig. 3 and 4 a lightweight wall ib is illustrated, which is a wooden framework 1c with cover plates 1d, for example in the form of hard chipboard. In the cassette-like cavities, which are closed off to the outside by the cover plates 1d are, thermal insulation material le is introduced in a known manner. In the out FIGS. 3 and 4 can be seen by means of a facade cladding according to the invention 3 an additional thermal insulation can be achieved, the outer surface 11 of the substrate 1 is formed by the outside of the cover plates 1d and a mechanical fastening the spacer 10 can be made by tie rods 18, which can be seen in FIG Are arranged way and ends with their one screw 30 in the area of the wooden framework 1c are anchored, however, an anchoring on the cover plates ld in The question arises when these are made sufficiently stable. In the embodiment according to Fig. 6, the substrate 1 is formed by a lightweight wall 1f with wooden posts lc, thermal insulation material le, cover plates ld and an existing cladding Formed from mineral facade panels 1g, which correspond to the plaster base panels 4 can be formed. Reach through to fasten the cladding 3 according to the invention the tie rods 18 the mineral facade panels Ig and are on the cover plates 1d and / or the wooden framework 1c anchored. If necessary, can Additional anchor bolts 18a od. The like. Be provided, which the wall-side Double flanges 17 of the spacers 10 against the outer surface 11 of the substrate 1 set.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the substrate 1 again exists from a solid wall 1a, which, however, is already clad with mineral facade tiles Ig has, which can be formed in accordance with the plaster base plates 4. The tie rods 18 for fastening the spacers 10 extend into the solid wall la to give sufficient holding forces.
As is readily apparent from FIGS. 3 to 6, with a facade cladding 3 according to the invention thus also a so-called problem-free "Re-insulation" takes place in such a way that already insulated external facades with the Cladding 3 received an additional, thick thermal insulation. The supporting ground 1 can also be an existing coated thermal insulation layer. In any case can be achieved with the invention that on the outer surface 11 of the substrate with or without existing thermal insulation an additional thermal insulation in Form of the facade cladding 3 is applied which is considerably thicker than this with a simple attachment of plaster base plates 4 would be possible.
