Claims (15)
- Segment (1) pour un bâtiment (18),
comprenant deux plaques latérales (2), entre lesquelles un élément de noyau (3) est agencé,- les plaques latérales (2) étant formées à partir de béton polymère,- l'élément de noyau (3) étant formé à partir d'une matière plastique moussée,- l'élément de noyau (3) étant relié par accouplement de forme et/ou par accouplement de force avec la plaque latérale respective (2),
caractérisé en ce que- au moins un élément d'ancrage (4, 5) est agencé respectivement dans l'élément de noyau (3) et dans les plaques latérales (2), au moyen duquel les plaques latérales (2) sont reliées respectivement avec l'élément de noyau (3) par accouplement de forme et/ou par accouplement de force,- l'au moins un élément d'ancrage (4) agencé dans l'élément de noyau (3) est encastré par moussage dans l'élément de noyau (3), par le fait qu'il est intégré dans celui-ci lors de la formation de l'élément de noyau (3) par moussage de la matière plastique et ainsi relié avec celui-ci au moins par accouplement de matière, et- l'au moins un élément d'ancrage (5) agencé dans la plaque latérale respective (2) est encastré par coulage dans le béton polymère de la plaque latérale respective (2) et ainsi relié avec la plaque latérale respective (2) au moins par accouplement de matière. - Segment (1) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que l'élément de noyau (3) est formé à partir de polystyrène expansé. - Segment (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'élément de noyau (3) et les deux plaques latérales (2) présentent la même hauteur et largeur, les plaques latérales (2) étant agencées sur l'élément de noyau (3) en décalage dans une même direction de hauteur (H) et direction de largeur (B) et d'une même valeur de coulissement en direction de hauteur et valeur de coulissement en direction de largeur par rapport à l'élément de noyau (3). - Segment (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les plaques latérales (2) sont en outre reliées respectivement avec l'élément de noyau (3) par accouplement de matière. - Segment (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'élément de noyau (3) comprend au moins une ouverture de passage (10) s'étendant dans la direction de hauteur (H). - Procédé de fabrication d'un segment (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel- les deux plaques latérales (2) sont coulées à partir de béton polymère, l'au moins un élément d'ancrage (5) de la plaque latérale respective (2) étant encastré par coulage dans la plaque latérale (2),- l'élément de noyau (3) est formé à partir de matière plastique moussée, l'au moins un élément d'ancrage (4) de l'élément de noyau (3) étant entouré par moussage par la matière plastique de l'élément de noyau (3),- les plaques latérales (2) en béton polymère sont reliées avec l'élément de noyau (3) en matière plastique moussée par accouplement de forme et/ou par accouplement de force, par le fait que les éléments d'ancrage (5) des plaques latérales (2) sont reliés avec les éléments d'ancrage (4) de l'élément de noyau (3) .
- Segment de coin (15) pour un bâtiment (18), comprenant deux plaques latérales coudées (16), entre lesquelles un élément de noyau coudé (17) est agencé,- les plaques latérales coudées (16) étant formées à partir de béton polymère,- l'élément de noyau coudé (17) étant formé à partir d'une matière plastique moussée,- l'élément de noyau coudé (17) étant relié par accouplement de forme et/ou par accouplement de force avec la plaque latérale coudée respective (16), caractérisé en ce que- au moins un élément d'ancrage (4, 5) est agencé respectivement dans l'élément de noyau coudé (17) et dans les plaques latérales coudées (16), au moyen duquel les plaques latérales coudées (16) sont reliées respectivement avec l'élément de noyau coudé (17) par accouplement de forme et/ou par accouplement de force,- l'au moins un élément d'ancrage (4) agencé dans l'élément de noyau coudé (17) est encastré par moussage dans l'élément de noyau coudé (17), par le fait qu'il est intégré dans celui-ci lors de la formation de l'élément de noyau coudé (17) par moussage de la matière plastique et ainsi relié avec celui-ci au moins par accouplement de matière, et- l'au moins un élément d'ancrage (5) agencé dans la plaque latérale coudée respective (16) est encastré par coulage dans le béton polymère de la plaque latérale coudée respective (16) et ainsi relié avec la plaque latérale coudée respective (16) au moins par accouplement de matière.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un segment de coin (15) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel- les deux plaques latérales coudées (16) sont coulées à partir de béton polymère, l'au moins un élément d'ancrage (5) de la plaque latérale coudée respective (16) étant encastré par coulage dans la plaque latérale coudée (16),- l'élément de noyau coudé (17) est formé à partir de matière plastique moussée, l'au moins un élément d'ancrage (4) de l'élément de noyau coudé (17) étant entouré par moussage par la matière plastique de l'élément de noyau coudé (17),- les plaques latérales coudées (16) en béton polymère sont reliées avec l'élément de noyau coudé (17) en matière plastique moussée par accouplement de forme et/ou par accouplement de force, par le fait que les éléments d'ancrage (5) des plaques latérales coudées (16) sont reliés avec les éléments d'ancrage (4) de l'élément de noyau coudé (17).
- Bâtiment (18), comprenant une pluralité de segments (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 et/ou au moins un segment de coin (15) selon la revendication 7.
- Bâtiment (18) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux segments (1) sont agencés respectivement l'un au-dessus de l'autre et serrés l'un avec l'autre au moyen d'une tige filetée (14) passée au travers de l'ouverture de passage (10) des segments (1).
- Bâtiment (18) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un segment de coin (15) est agencé entre deux segments (1) dirigés à un angle de plus de 0° et de moins de 180° l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Bâtiment (18) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11,
comprenant une fondation (11) munie d'au moins un logement d'ancrage pour la tige filetée (14), d'au moins une barre de base (12), qui comprend au moins un trou de passage pour la tige filetée (14), et d'au moins un segment de terminaison (13), qui comprend au moins un trou de passage pour la tige filetée (14). - Bâtiment (18) selon la revendication 12, comprenant au moins un élément de liaison pour la liaison d'au moins deux segments de terminaison (13).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un bâtiment (18) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 13 par agencement de plusieurs segments (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 les uns à côté des autres et/ou les uns au-dessus des autres.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux segments (1) sont agencés orientés à un angle de plus de 0° et de moins de 180° l'un par rapport à l'autre et un segment de coin (15) est agencé entre eux.
