Claims (10)
- Corps isolant renforcé (1) pour un élément de cloisonnement isolé préfabriqué, constitué de béton et d'une isolation, comprenant au moins un panneau d'isolation (3) à faces aplaties (4, 14) ; des éléments de verrouillage (6) fixés d'un côté audit panneau d'isolation (3), distants les uns des autres et disposés perpendiculairement à une première face aplatie (4) dudit panneau d'isolation (3) ; et au moins un mat de renforcement (9) éloigné dudit panneau d'isolation (3) et fixé auxdits éléments de verrouillage (6), sachant que des organes d'espacement (10) sont implantés aux extrémités des éléments de verrouillage (6) qui sont éloignées des panneaux d'isolation (3), et/ou du côté dudit mat de renforcement (9) qui est tourné à l'opposé du panneau d'isolation (3), caractérisé par le fait que le panneau d'isolation (3) présente, sur une seconde face aplatie (14), une structure de support (12) fixée audit panneau d'isolation (3) par des éléments d'ancrage (18), lesdits éléments d'ancrage (18) faisant saillie au-delà de la première face plane (4) dudit panneau d'isolation (3).
- Corps isolant renforcé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments de verrouillage (6) présentent une plaque de support (7) qui porte contre le panneau d'isolation (3) et offre des arêtes (8) de venue en prise orientées, de préférence, dans la direction dudit panneau d'isolation (3) et conçues pour pénétrer dans des rainures correspondantes (5), pratiquées dans ledit panneau d'isolation (3).
- Corps isolant renforcé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments de verrouillage (6) sont solidarisés par collage avec le panneau d'isolation (3).
- Corps isolant renforcé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la structure de support (12) présente des supports (16) distants les uns des autres.
- Corps isolant renforcé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les supports (16) sont logés, avec débord, dans des encoches (17) du panneau d'isolation (3).
- Corps isolant renforcé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit corps isolant (1) peut être inséré entre des panneaux de coffrage agencés verticalement.
- Elément de cloisonnement préfabriqué, caractérisé par un corps isolant renforcé (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 6.
- Elément de cloisonnement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par une coque (13) en avancée, fixée à la structure de support (12) du corps isolant (1).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de cloisonnement isolé préfabriqué en béton, équipé d'un corps isolant renforcé à structure de support, selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1-8, caractérisé par les étapes opératoires suivantes :• production d'un corps isolant muni d'un panneau d'isolation sur lequel un renfort est implanté, et d'une structure de support ;• réservation d'un espace de coulée à coffrage latéral, destiné au corps isolant;• insertion dudit corps isolant dans l'espace de coulée, et verrouillage à demeure dans ledit espace de coulée ;• comblement, par du béton coulé sur place, de la cavité formée entre le corps isolant et le coffrage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que le corps isolant renforcé est produit par les étapes opératoires suivantes :• apprêtage d'un panneau d'isolation ;• façonnage de rainures espacées bien définies, sur au moins une face aplatie dudit panneau d'isolation ;• façonnage de trous espacés bien définis, dans ledit panneau d'isolation ;• apprêtage d'éléments de verrouillage comprenant une plaque de support et des arêtes de venue en prise saillant au-delà de la surface ;• collage desdits éléments de verrouillage sur ladite plaque de support, par la face aplatie, les arêtes de venue en prise pénétrant alors dans les rainures de ladite face aplatie ;• mise en place de mats de renforcement sur les éléments de verrouillage, à distance du panneau d'isolation ;• mise en place d'organes d'espacement sur les éléments de verrouillage, et/ou sur les mats de renforcement, afin de réserver une distance entre ces derniers et le coffrage latéral ;• apprêtage d'éléments d'ancrage et de supports, dédiés à la structure de support ; et• verrouillage à demeure desdits supports sur ledit panneau d'isolation, au moyen desdits éléments d'ancrage, lesdits éléments d'ancrage étant logés dans lesdits trous au-delà desquels ils dépassent.
