The invention relates to a wall element for building construction, which contains a thermal insulation layer.
Wall elements with thermal insulation layers are known. A common wall element consists, for example, of a particle board, on the outside of which a heat insulation layer is arranged. Another known wall element consists of a steel element with a heat insulation layer attached on the inside. A disadvantage of these known wall elements is that it is not possible to easily apply a plaster to the heat insulation layer.
In a known ceiling element, heat-insulating foam plastic bodies are arranged on the outside of a lightweight building board. Between the foam plastic bodies, concrete beams with reinforcement protruding upwards are attached to the lightweight construction board, so that concrete can be poured onto the top after the ceiling element has been installed.
In all the known elements described, the material on the inside has only a low heat storage capacity, so that it is difficult to maintain a uniform temperature in a space delimited by such elements.
The object of the invention is to provide an inexpensive wall element with which the disadvantages described are avoided. The wall element according to the invention, with which the object is achieved, is characterized by a plate made of gas concrete, on the outside of which the heat insulation layer is arranged, mounting devices attached to the gas concrete plate, which protrude from the outside of the gas concrete plate and at least partially penetrate the heat insulation layer, and one Outer cover fastened to the holding devices, which covers the heat insulation layer over the entire area.
In this wall element, the gas concrete slab arranged on the inside acts as a heat store and ensures good temperature constancy in the room and thus a pleasant indoor climate both in summer and in winter. In addition, the gas concrete slab can also absorb moisture and thus cause a uniform humidity of the room air. If desired, the wall element can easily be plastered both on the inside and on the outside. The outer cover, which can be made of sheet metal for example, can also serve as weather protection if desired. The gas concrete slab and the outer cover, which are connected to one another by the holding devices, form a unit statically.
The heat insulation layer preferably consists of a fibrous insulating material, such as rock wool or glass wool. So that the mounting devices do not act as annoying thermal bridges between the gas concrete slab and the outer cover, they should expediently be made of a material whose thermal conductivity is not more than 3 times the thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation layer, e.g. wooden.
An embodiment of the wall element according to the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing.
The drawing schematically shows a section of a wall element according to the invention in vertical section.
The wall element shown has a plate 1 made of gas concrete or lightweight concrete, which as shown can be in several parts. On the outside of the gas concrete slab 1 there is a heat insulation layer 2, which can expediently consist of a fibrous insulating material, preferably rock wool or glass wool.
Furthermore, mounting devices 3 are attached to the outside of the gas concrete slab, e.g. screwed tight. The holding devices 3 can have the form of strips or spacer blocks. They consist of a material, preferably wood, whose coefficient of thermal conductivity is less than the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the gas concrete and is preferably about 1 to 3 times the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the heat insulation layer 2. As shown, some or all of the holding devices 3 penetrate and hold the thermal insulation layer 2. Furthermore, an outer cover 4 is attached to the mounting devices 3, e.g. screwed tight, which covers the insulation layer 2 flat to the outside and forms an outer skin or weather protection. The cover 4 preferably consists of facade sheet metal with vertical ribs.
The cover 4 is ventilated in that an air space 5 is present between it and the heat insulation layer 2.
With a thickness of the gas concrete slab 1 of approximately 15 cm and a thickness of the heat insulation layer 2 of approximately 8 cm, the wall element can have a k-value of approximately
EMI3.1
exhibit. A comparatively simple and inexpensive wall element with high thermal insulation is thus available, in which the gas concrete slab 1 on the inside has a high heat storage capacity and high moisture absorption capacity, which ensure a uniform temperature and uniform humidity of the air in a space delimited by the element. The vapor diffusion resistance of the wall element described is very low.
