Claims (7)

1. Dispositif pour la fixation d'une pièce placée dans une ouverture d'encastrement et munie d'un rebord (5) avec des trous d'encliquetage pénétrant dans l'ouverture d'encastrement, ladite pièce étant notamment un évier de tôle pour plan de travail de cuisine, ce dispositif de fixation comportant un pince (21) pourvue d'un bossage d'encliquetage (22) et une pièce de serrage en tôle d'acier (35), reliée à la pince par une vis de serrage (36), ladite pince de serrage (35) pouvant être cramponnée solidement à l'ouverture d'encastrement et pouvant s'appuyer en glissant latéralement sur la pince, alors que la pince est munie d'un trou de vis (27) partant du dos 28 de la pince et que la surface externe de l'aile 23 de la pince écartée du bord (4) de l'ouverture d'encastrement (2) est la surface de glissement de l'aile (37) de la pièce de serrage, caractérisé en ce que, sur le bord (29) formé par le dos 28 de la pince et la surface externe de l'aile de pince (23) écartée du bord (4) de l'ouverture d'encastrement, est formé au-delà d'une languette (31), facilement déformable, un support (32) pouvant être replié autour de la languette (31 ledit support (32) étant pourvu entre la languette (31) et la vis (36) placée dans ledit support (32) d'une fente (38) pour recevoir l'aile (37) de la pièce de serrage qui se glisse dedans, de sorte que, après basculement du support (32), l'axe de la vis (36) coïncide avec l'axe du trou de vis (27) et l'aile (37) de la pièce de serrage vienne en appui sur le côté externe de l'aile de la pince (23).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pince (21) est fabriquée en une matière synthétique injectable.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le trou de vis (27) se trouve dans l'aile de pince (23) tournée vers le bord (4) de l'ouverture d'encastrement.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le bossage d'encliquetage (22) est formé sur l'aile de pince (21) écartée au bord de l'ouverture d'encastrement.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'aile de pince (21) munie du bossage (22) présente deux fentes (25) le subdivisant, ledit bossage 22 étant formé dans la partie centrale.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que une deuxième fente (40) est formée du côté de la pince par rapport à la barrette (31), cette fente (40) se trouvant placée immédiatement sur le bord externe de l'aile de pince (23) et la distance entre la fente (40) et la barrette (31) étant égale à la distance entre la première fente (38) et la barrette (31).
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité du support de vis (32) est réalisée pour former le crochet (33) encliquetable dans le dos de la pince (28).
