Abstract
Se proporcionan un cable óptico trenzado sin capa de hilo de unión y un método de fabricación para el mismo. El cable óptico comprende un elemento de refuerzo central (1), al menos un primer hilo de bloqueo de agua (2), un núcleo de cable (3), un elemento de bloqueo de agua (7) y una funda exterior (8), en donde el primer hilo de bloqueo de agua (2) se envuelve alrededor de la superficie exterior del miembro de refuerzo central (1); el núcleo de cable (3) está dispuesto en la superficie exterior del elemento de refuerzo central (1), y el núcleo de cable (3) comprende m tubos sueltos (4) y n cuerdas de relleno (5), que son trenzados SZ, m siendo mayor o igual a uno, n siendo mayor o igual a cero, y los tubos sueltos (4) contienen de 1 a 48 fibras ópticas (6); la funda exterior (8) está dispuesta en el lado exterior del núcleo de cable (3); y el elemento de bloqueo de agua (7) está dispuesto entre el núcleo de cable (3) y la funda exterior (8). El cable óptico trenzado sin capa de hilo de unión no tiene hilos de unión porque se omite un proceso de unión de hilo del proceso de fabricación, lo que evita que los tubos sueltos se extiendan y el diámetro exterior del cable óptico cambie cuando la tensión del hilo de unión sea demasiado pequeña y evita que los tubos sueltos se aplanen cuando la tensión del hilo de unión sea demasiado grande, lo que da como resultado una atenuación excesiva de la transmisión de la fibra óptica.
