Abstract
Las composiciones y procesos asépticos de leche saborizada para la fabricación de composiciones asépticas de leche saborizada que utiliza temperaturas desde aproximadamente 35 a 65º F (2 a 18º C). El proceso utiliza una única mixtura de un agente estabilizador, un agente espesante, y un aditivo en combinación con típicos agentes saborizantes y uno o más ingredientes opcionales, tales como endulzantes, vitaminas y minerales, para formar una composición aséptica estable de leche saborizada, particularmente leche de chocolate, conveniente para el consumo como alimento.
