Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición de recubrimiento particulado que comprende: una mezcla ácida que comprende ácido láctico, ácido tartárico y ácido cítrico, en donde la mezcla ácida tiene un rango de tamaño de partícula de aproximadamente 2 micrones a aproximadamente 710 micrones y al menos uno del ácido tartárico, y ácido cítrico no está encapsulado. Una composición de confitería que comprende: (a) una primera región que comprende una región de confitería o una región de goma de mascar; y (b) un recubrimiento particulado que comprende una mezcla ácida que comprende ácido láctico, ácido tartático y ácido cítrico, en donde la mezcla acida tiene un rango de tamaño de partícula de aproximadamente 25 micrones a aproximadamente 710 micrones y al menos uno del ácido láctico, ácido tartático, y ácido cítrico no está encapsulado. La invención también comprende el método para fabricar una composición de confitería.
