Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una confitura de regiones múltiples que comprende: un núcleo de regiones múltiples que comprende: una primera región que comprende una capa de dulce; una segunda región que comprende goma de mascar por lo menos parcialmente en contacto con la primera región; una composición de recubrimiento en partículas que rodea por lo menos parcialmente el núcleo de regiones múltiples; en donde la composición de recubrimiento en partículas comprende goma arábiga pulverizada, y partículas de poliol de azúcar o partículas de edulcorante sacárido; en donde las partículas de poliol de azúcar son manitol, isomaltitol, galactitol, lactitol, maltitol, poliglicitol, sorbitol, xilitol, o una combinación de los mismos; y en donde la goma arábiga pulverizada se presente en una cantidad de 11.5% en peso a 25% en peso con base en el peso total de la composición de recubrimiento en partículas.
