Abstract
La presente solicitud describe una estructura automatizada para la recepción de construcciones modulares y sistema de automatización respectivo que comprende una estructura inferior (1), que contiene una abertura (4) para el alojamiento de un eje fijo, que comprende el elemento de unión del eje con el exterior, donde, preferiblemente, la estructura y el eje fijo de fijación al exterior (5) se pueden acoplar, un mecanismo de levantamiento (2) ubicado preferiblemente en las secciones laterales de dicha estructura inferior (1) que está acoplado a una estructura superior (3) permitiendo su movimiento a través de la articulación y soporte (6). El movimiento axial y la estructura superior (3) se manejan mediante un sistema automatizado con base en una automatización programable y un conjunto de sensores y actuadores, es decir anemómetros e inversores de frecuencia que controlan estos movimientos. Así, la presente invención hace posible recibir construcciones modulares, por ejemplo casas, haciendo que se muevan, por ejemplo, de acuerdo con la orientación solar, con el fin de hacerlas eficientes en el uso de la energía.
