Abstract
Предложены способы инактивации вируса в образце, содержащем белковый компонент. Также предложены способы уменьшения разложения или модификации белка в присутствии реакционноспособных веществ, таких как реакционноспособные вещества, образующиеся в результате воздействия УФ-излучения. Согласно другому аспекту предложен способ уменьшения окисления остатков метионина, остатков триптофана либо и остатков метионина, и остатков триптофана в белке, подвергаемом воздействию УФ-излучения. Предложенные способы могут быть реализованы в любом масштабе и могут быть, если требуется, автоматизированы.
