Abstract

Описан способ получения 2-алкилалканола из альдегида. Способ включает стадии загрузки альдегида в реактор (42), работающий в условиях конденсации и дегидратации так, что проходит реакция и образуется ненасыщенный альдегид; выделения потока из реактора (42), содержащего ненасыщенный альдегид, и загрузки указанного потока в первый реактор гидрогенизации (45), работающий в таких условиях, что по меньшей мере часть ненасыщенного альдегида превращается в 2-алкилалканол; выделения потока из первого реактора гидрогенизации (45), содержащего 2-алкилалканол, один или более непрореагировавший акролеин, алкилалкенол и алкилалканаль и тяжелые фракции; подачи потока, выделенного из первого реактора гидрогенизации (45), в первую дистилляционную зону (48), где по меньшей мере некоторую часть тяжелых фракций отделяют из потока; выделения потока из первой дистилляционной зоны (48), содержащего 2-алкилалканол, один или более непрореагировавший акролеин, алкилалкенол и алкилалканаль, где указанный поток содержит пониженное количество тяжелых фракций по сравнению с потоком, загружаемым в первую дистилляционную зону (48), и подачи указанного потока во второй реактор гидрогенизации (51), работающий в таких условиях, что по меньшей мере один из непрореагировавшего акролеина, алкилалкенола и алкилалканаля превращается в 2-алкилалканол; и выделения потока из второго реактора гидрогенизации (51), содержащего повышенное количество 2-алкилалканола по сравнению с потоком, загружаемым во второй реактор гидрогенизации (51).
