Abstract
В заявке описан способ получения содержащего кобальт катализатора для синтеза Фишера-Тропша, обладающего хорошими физическими характеристиками и высоким содержанием кобальта. Одним объектом настоящего изобретения является способ получения содержащего кобальт катализатора на подложке для синтеза Фишера-Тропша, указанный способ включает следующие стадии: (a) пропитка подложки, представляющей собой порошок или гранулят, содержащим кобальт соединением; (b) прокаливание пропитанной подложки, представляющей собой порошок или гранулят, и экструзия с получением экструдата; или экструзия пропитанной подложки, представляющей собой порошок или гранулят, с получением экструдата и прокаливание экструдата; и (c) пропитка прокаленного продукта содержащим кобальт соединением; или получение порошка или гранулята из прокаленного продукта, пропитка содержащим кобальт соединением и экструзия с получением экструдата.
