Abstract
Описан способ подготовки хлопчатобумажной или вискозной ткани для переплетного дела с глянцевым или матовым аппретированием, пригодной для печати посредством цифровой печати, причем способ содержит шаги: А) подготовки неаппретированной ткани для переплетного дела путем расшлихтовки, промывки, обработки оптическим отбеливателем, проклеивания и сушки, Б) предварительной обработки полученной на шаге А) материи или ткани путем нанесения по меньшей мере на одну из двух сторон по меньшей мере одной композиции (пасты) для закрывания пор ткани/материи так, чтобы сделать поверхность плоской, В) нанесения на предназначенную для печати сторону материи или ткани покрытия из слоя пасты, имеющей вязкость по меньшей мере 7500 сПз, предпочтительно находящейся между 8000 и 12000 сПз, и сушки этого слоя, причем паста является смесью по меньшей мере одной водной композиции, содержащий примерно 35 мас.% (сухой) акриловой смолы и компоненты, которые при 200°C в течение менее чем одной минуты инициируют состояние полимеризации, и по меньшей мере одного неионного загустителя, предпочтительно полиуретанового типа, и Г) каландрирования при комнатной температуре полученной на шаге В) ткани.
