Claims (39)
1. Способ создания чешуек перлита с покрытием, включающий этап:
(i) обеспечения чешуек перлита;
(ii) нанесения слоя оксида олова на чешуйки перлита для получения чешуек перлита с покрытием из оксида олова;
(iii) нанесения слоя диоксида титана на чешуйки перлита с покрытием из оксида олова, полученные на этапе (ii), для получения чешуек перлита с покрытием из диоксида титана и оксида олова; и
(iv) нанесения слоя оксида железа на чешуйки перлита с покрытием из диоксида титана и оксида олова для получения чешуек перлита с покрытием.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что этап (i) обеспечения чешуек перлита включает этап: отбора чешуек перлита со средним диаметром частиц D50 в диапазоне от около 1 мкм до около 1000 мкм.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что количество оксида олова, применяемого на этапе (ii), составляет от около 0,5% масс. до около 5% масс., относительно общей массы чешуек перлита с покрытием.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что количество диоксида титана, применяемого на этапе (iii), составляет от около 0,5% масс. до около 50% масс., относительно общей массы чешуек перлита с покрытием.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что количество оксида железа, применяемого на этапе (iv), составляет от около 0,5% масс. до около 50% масс., относительно общей массы чешуек перлита с покрытием.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что толщина слоя оксида олова, применяемого на этапе (ii), составляет от около 1 нм до около 10 нм.
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что толщина слоя диоксида титана, применяемого на этапе (iii), составляет от около 1 нм до около 150 нм.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что толщина слоя оксида железа, применяемого на этапе (iv), составляет от около 1 нм до около 150 нм.
9. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием, полученные с помощью способа по п. 1.
10. Композиция, содержащая чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 9.
11. 12. Краски, печатные краски, пластики, косметические средства, керамика и стекло, которые пигментированы с помощью чешуек перлита с покрытием по п. 9.
13. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием, содержащие:
чешуйки перлита со слоем оксида олова, затем слоем диоксида титана, а затем слоем оксида железа.
14. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 13, отличающиеся тем, что чешуйки перлита имеют средний диаметр частиц D50 в диапазоне от около 1 мкм до около 1000 мкм.
15. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 13, отличающиеся тем, что количество оксида олова на чешуйки перлита составляет от около 0,5% масс. до около 5% масс.
16. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 13, отличающиеся тем, что количество диоксида титана на чешуйках перлита составляет от около 0,5% масс. до около 50% масс., относительно общей массы чешуек перлита с покрытием.
17. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 13, отличающиеся тем, что количество оксида железа на чешуйки перлита составляет от около 0,5% масс. до около 50% масс., относительно общей массы чешуек перлита с покрытием.
18. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 13, отличающиеся тем, что толщина слоя оксида олова составляет от около 1 нм до около 10 нм.
19. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 13, отличающиеся тем, что толщина слоя диоксида титана составляет от около 1 нм до около 150 нм.
20. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 13, отличающиеся тем, что толщина слоя оксида железа составляет от около 1 нм до около 150 нм.
21. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 13, имеющие степень блеска (С_Б) по меньшей мере около 3,9, как было измерено с помощью BYK-mac.
22. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 21, имеющие степень блеска (С_Б) от около 3,9 до около 7, как было измерено с помощью BYK-mac.
23. Композиция, содержащая чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 13.
24. Способ создания чешуек перлита с покрытием, включающий этап:
(i) получения суспензии воды и чешуек перлита, имеющей D50 в диапазоне от 10 мкм до 50 мкм;
(ii) нагрева суспензии, полученной на этапе (i), до температуры от около 70°С до около 100°С и доведения рН суспензии до диапазона около 1-3;
(iii) добавления после этапа (ii) раствора соли олова к суспензии, при поддержании рН в диапазоне около 1-4;
(iv) перемешивания после этапа (iii) суспензии в течение по меньшей мере 30 минут;
(v) добавления после этапа (iv) раствора соли титана к суспензии, при поддержании рН в диапазоне около 1-4;
(vi) добавления после этапа (v) раствора соли железа к суспензии, при поддержании рН в диапазоне около 1-4; и
(vii) фильтрования после этапа (vi), затем промывания, а затем прокаливания пульпы при от около 500°С до около 1000°С для получения чешуек перлита с покрытием.
25. Чешуйки перлита с покрытием, полученные с помощью способа по п. 24.
26. Композиция, содержащая чешуйки перлита с покрытием по п. 25.
27. Композиция по п. 26, представляющая собой (i) композицию краски, (ii) композицию чернил для струйной печати, (iii) композицию для окрашивания продуктов текстильной промышленности, (iv) композицию покрытия, (v) композицию печатных красок, (vi) композицию пластика, (vii) композицию косметического средства или (viii) композицию глазури для керамики и стекла.
