Abstract
В данном документе раскрыта схема GOA (драйвера затвора на матрице) для LCD (жидкокристаллического дисплейного) устройства. LCD-устройство содержит множество линий развертки. Схема GOA содержит множество блоков GOA, упорядоченных в каскад. Блок GOA (n)-го уровня заряжает соответствующую линию развертки. Блок GOA (n)-го уровня содержит схему сохранения понижения, схему повышения, схему ускоряющего конденсатора, схему понижения и схему синхронизации. Для повышения устойчивости работы точки сигнала затвора и сокращения количества используемых TFT-транзисторов схема сохранения понижения содержит первый TFT (тонкопленочный транзистор), второй TFT, третий TFT и четвертый TFT.
