Abstract
Раскрыта схема GOA (драйвера затвора на матрице), применяемая для жидкокристаллического дисплейного устройства. Жидкокристаллическое дисплейное устройство содержит множество строк развертки. Схема GOA содержит множество каскадно включенных блоков регистров сдвига. Блок регистров сдвига (N)-го уровня управляет заполнением строки развертки (N)-го уровня. Блок регистров сдвига (N)-го уровня содержит схему прямой и обратной развертки, схему подтягивания высокого потенциала, схему компенсационного конденсатора в цепи обратной связи, схему предотвращения утечки электроэнергии в точке сигнала затвора и схему поддержания подтягивания низкого потенциала. Схема компенсационного конденсатора в цепи обратной связи, схема предотвращения утечки электроэнергии в точке сигнала затвора и схема поддержания подтягивания низкого потенциала подключены друг к другу с формированием точки сигнала затвора, чтобы повысить стабильность точки сигнала затвора и уменьшить использование ключей.
