Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к фармацевтической композиции для профилактики или лечения неалкогольной жировой болезни печени, включающей двойной агонист рецепторов GLP-1/глюкагона пролонгированного действия, и к способу профилактики или лечения неалкогольной жировой болезни печени, включающему введение композиции. Композиция настоящего изобретения либо не имеет побочного эффекта в виде набора веса, либо снижает побочный эффект в виде набора веса, который является побочным эффектом применения стандартных лекарственных средств для лечения неалкогольной жировой болезни печени, а также снижает количество введений двойного агониста рецепторов GLP-1/глюкагона пролонгированного действия, таким образом, значительно повышая удобство для пациента. В дополнение двойной агонист рецепторов GLP-1/глюкагона пролонгированного действия настоящего изобретения улучшает надежность и стабильность in vivo
