Abstract
Настоящее изобретение предоставляет новые клеточно-проницаемые сукцинаты и клеточно-проницаемые предшественники сукцината, направленные на увеличение производства АТФ в митохондриях. Основная часть производимой АТФ и используемой в эукариотической клетке создается при митохондриальном окислительном фосфорилировании процесса, по которому высокоэнергетические электроны предоставляются циклом Кребса. Не все полупродукты цикла Кребса являются легко проницаемыми для клеточной мембраны, одним из них является сукцинат. Предоставление новых клеточно-проницаемых сукцинатов предусмотрено для обеспечения возможности их проникновения через клеточную мембрану, и такие клеточно-проницаемые сукцинаты могут быть использованы для усиления эффекта производства АТФ, относящегося к митохондриям.
