Abstract
В изобретении описана полимерная каркасная структура, применяемая для конъюгирования с белоксодержащей распознающей молекулой (PBRM) для образования конъюгата PBRM-полимер-лекарственное средство. Каркасная структура включает одну или более концевых малеимидных групп. В изобретении также раскрывается конъюгат PBRM-полимер-лекарственное средство, приготовленный с помощью каркасной структуры. В изобретении также описаны композиции, включающие конъюгаты, способы их получения и способы лечения различных заболеваний с помощью конъюгатов или их композиций.
