Abstract
Изобретение относится к этинилпроизводным формулы Iгде Rпредставляет собой фенил, который возможно замещен 1-2 атомами галогена, выбранными из фтора или хлора; или к фармацевтически приемлемой кислотно-аддитивной соли в энантиомерно чистом виде. Было обнаружено, что соединения общей формулы I являются аллостерическими модуляторами метаботропных глутаматных рецепторов подтипа 5 (mGluR5).
