Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к новым производным трифторметилоксадиазола формулы (I)где все переменные определены в описании, их фармацевтически приемлемым солям, их фармацевтическим композициям, их фармацевтическим комбинациям и их применению в качестве лекарственных препаратов, в частности, для лечения нейродегенерации, атрофии мышц или метаболического синдрома посредством ингибирования HDAC4.
