Abstract

Строительная плита содержит минеральную плиту, поверхность которой покрыта изоляционным пленочным покрытием, содержащим материал, образующий пленочное покрытие, и полые органические частицы, где полые органические частицы имеют средний размер в диапазоне от 5 до 50 мкм и средний коэффициент пустотелости 80% или более, при этом изоляционное пленочное покрытие содержит от 0,01 до 5,0 массовых долей полых органических частиц на 100 массовых долей твердого вещества материала покрытия и имеет среднюю толщину от 5 до 500 мкм. Способ изготовления строительной плиты включает нанесение на поверхность минеральной плиты материала изоляционного покрытия, содержащего материал, образующий пленочное покрытие, и полые органические частицы; и сушку материала изоляционного покрытия с получением изоляционного пленочного покрытия.
