Abstract

Описан способ получения метакриловой кислоты. Способ включает катализируемое основанием декарбоксилирование по меньшей мере одной или смеси дикарбоновых кислот, выбранных из итаконовой, цитраконовой или мезаконовой кислот. Декарбоксилирование осуществляют при температуре в диапазоне от величины, превышающей 240 и вплоть до 275°С, обеспечивая высокую селективность. Продукт в виде метакриловой кислоты может быть этерифицирован с получением сложного эфира. Также описан способ получения полимеров или сополимеров метакриловой кислоты или эфиров метакриловой кислоты, использующий промышленный способ. Необязательно, способу может предшествовать декарбоксилирование и, если необходимо, стадия дегидратации источника кислоты-предшественнника, такой как лимонная кислота или изолимонная кислота.
