Abstract
Описан способ получения метакриловой кислоты или ее сложных эфиров путем катализируемого основанием декарбоксилирования по меньшей мере одной дикарбоновой кислоты, выбранной из итаконовой, цитраконовой или мезаконовой кислоты или их смесей, в водной реакционной среде. Декарбоксилирование выполняется при температуре в диапазоне от 200 до 239°С. Метакриловая кислота выделяется из водной реакционной среды с помощью способа очистки, который не включает введение органического растворителя в водную реакционную среду для экстракции метакриловой кислоты растворителем в органическую фазу. Также описан способ получения полимеров или сополимеров метакриловой кислоты или сложных эфиров метакриловой кислоты.
