Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения богатого метаном газа из синтез-газа. Предлагается способ, в котором содержащий СО и Hсинтез-газ смешивают с рециркулируемым потоком (8) газа, отведённым от богатого метаном получаемого газа, и затем пропускают через слой (1) катализатора для метанизации, при этом в слое (1) катализатора происходит метанизация и поток газа нагревается высвобождающимся теплом реакции. Согласно изобретению слой (1) катализатора распределён между несколькими секциями (2.1-2.4) для метанизации с последовательным прохождением через них потока, при этом синтез-газ (4) разделяют соответственно на частичные потоки (4.1-4.4), направляемые на слой (1) катализатора соответствующей секции (2.1-2.4) для метанизации. Выходящий из секции для метанизации и нагретый в ней в ходе реакций метанизации газ (6.1-6.3) смешивают с синтез-газом из его частичного потока (4.2-4.4) для последующей секции для метанизации и при этом охлаждают. Полученный поток газовой смеси подают на слой катализатора последующей секции для метанизации в качестве питающего газа.
