Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения феррохина формулы (F) или его метаболита формулы (Fm), включающей реакцию восстановительного аминирования, при этом указанная реакция включает: (i) стадию конденсации альдегидаминоферроцена формулы (1), в которой R представляет собой атом водорода или метильную группу, с 7-хлорхинолинамином формулы (2), как показано ниже, после которой следует (ii) стадия восстановления продукта конденсации, полученного в предыдущей стадии, затем (iii) стадия гидролиза реакционной смеси в присутствии водного раствора аммиака или лимонной кислоты.
