Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento de síntesis de la ferroquina de fórmula (F) o de su metabolito de fórmula (Fm) que comprende una reacción de aminación reductora, caracterizándose dicha reacción porque: (i) se condensa el aldehído-amino ferroceno de fórmula (3), en la que R representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo metilo, con la 7-cloroquinolein-4-amina de fórmula (1); (ii) se reduce el producto de condensación así obtenido de fórmula (2), con R que representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo metilo, (iii) se hidroliza el medio de reacción antes del aislamiento de la ferroquina de fórmula (F) o de su metabolito de fórmula (Fm).
