Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR áCIDO (R)-3-HIDRóXI-3-(2-feniletil)-HEXANóICO E SEU INTERMEDIáRIO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de produção de ácido (R)-3-hidróxi-3-(2-feniletil)-hexanóico, compreendendo a resolução óptica do ácido 3-hidróxi-3-(2-feniletil)-hexanóico racêmico com uma amina opticamente ativa da fórmula (VIII) onde R^ 2^ é 3,4-dimetóxi-fenila or 2-clorofenila. De acordo com a presente invenção, o ácido (R)-3-hidróxi-3-(2-feniletil)-hexanóico, útil como um material de partida de um agente farmacêutico, pode ser produzido eficientemente com uma alta pureza óptica e um rendimento total relativamente alto.
