Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE éSTERES DE áCIDOS CARBOXìLICOS SUBSTITUìDOS POR HIDRóLISE ENZIMáTICA". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de ésteres 2(S)-alquil-5-halogenopent-4-eno carboxílicos por hidrólise enzimática compreendendo as etapas: a)hidrólise enzimática de ésteres 2-alquil-5-halogenopent-4-eno carboxílicos racêmicos em meio aquoso e alcalino, na presença de uma esterase; b) isolamento de ésteres 2(S)-alquil-5-halogenopent-4-eno carboxílicos por extração com um solvente orgânico; c) isolamento de ácidos 2(R)-alquil-5-halogenopent-4-eno carboxílicos do meio aquosoalcalino; d) esterificação de ácidos 2(R)-alquil-5-halogenopent-4-eno carboxílicos; e) subseq³ente racemização para formar ésteres carboxílicos 2-alquil -5-halogenopent-4-eno; e f) retorno do racemato obtido na etapa e) para etapa a), se necessário junto com ésteres 2-alquil-5-halogenopent-4-eno carboxílicos racêmicos recém-produzidos. O processo permite a conversão dos R-estereoisómeros indesejáveis nos ésteres 2(S)-alquil-5-halogenopent4-eno carboxílicos desejados, para evitar produto de descarte de rejeito a partir da síntese.
