Abstract
Описан способ рекуперации соляной кислоты и оксидов металлов из хлоридного раствора. Способ включает предоставление хлоридного раствора, содержащего металл и перемешивание раствора и матричного раствора с образованием реакционной смеси, где матричный раствор способствует окислению/гидролизу металла, при котором производят HCl. В предпочтительном осуществлении матричный раствор содержит хлорид цинка в различных степенях гидратации, и к смеси добавляют содержащий кислород газ. Таким образом, настоящее изобретение раскрывает способ, где усовершенствование заключается в смешивании раствора и матричного раствора, где последний способствует гидролизу металла при одновременном образовании HCl. В предпочтительном осуществлении реактор представляет собой колонный реактор. Также раскрыто использование матричного раствора и реактора для рекуперации соляной кислоты для окисления/гидролиза металла.
