Abstract
Создано устройство для магнитного формирования на изделии знака в слое, содержащем композицию, в которой суспендированы магнитные или намагничиваемые частицы. Устройство содержит лист из магнитомягкого материала, имеющий наружную поверхность, в процессе указанного формирования обращенную к изделию, и противолежащую ей внутреннюю поверхность, и постоянный магнит, которому придан такой профиль, что пертурбации в создаваемом им магнитном поле способствуют формированию знака, и который установлен вблизи внутренней поверхности указанного листа. Лист из магнитомягкого материала усиливает пертурбации магнитного поля постоянного магнита, обеспечивая при помещении слоя, в котором требуется сформировать знак, вблизи наружной поверхности листа из магнитомягкого материала ориентирование посредством магнитного поля, магнитных или намагничиваемых частиц с образованием видимого знака.
