Abstract
Изобретение относится к мембранам из углеродных молекулярных сит ("CMS мембранам") и, в особенности, к применению таких мембран для разделения газов. В частности, настоящее изобретение относится к удобному способу получения CMS мембран с требуемой селективностью и проницаемостью. Регулирование и выбор концентрации кислорода в пиролитической атмосфере, используемой для получения CMS мембран, позволяет изменять селективность и проницаемость мембран. Дополнительно для получения CMS мембран с требуемыми или оптимизированными свойствами может быть использовано варьирование комбинации концентрации кислорода и температуры пиролиза.
