Abstract
В изобретении раскрыты мембраны на основе углеродных молекулярных сит, обладающие улучшенными термическими и/или механическими свойствами. В одной форме осуществления изобретения мембрана на основе углеродных молекулярных сит для отделения первого и одного или более вторых газов от исходной смеси первого газа и одного или более вторых газов содержит половолоконный углеродный средний слой и термостабилизированный полимерный предшественник, расположенный, по меньшей мере, на наружной части среднего слоя. В некоторых формах осуществления изобретения термостабилизированный полимерный предшественник образуют способом помещения в реактор мембраны на основе углеродных молекулярных сит, содержащей немодифицированный полимер ароматического имида, заполнения реактора модифицирующим агентом и изменения температуры реактора с такой скоростью подъема и скоростью снижения температуры и в течение такого периода времени, что данный модифицирующий агент изменяет немодифицированный полимер ароматического имида с образованием термостабилизированного полимерного предшественника.
