Abstract

Настоящее изобретение касается способа неокислительной дегидроароматизации потока эдукта Е, содержащего C-C-алифатические углеводороды, включающего шаги: I) подачу потока эдукта Е в реакционную зону 1, превращение потока эдукта Е при неокислительных условиях в присутствии гранулированного катализатора в содержащий ароматические углеводороды поток продукта Р и выведение потока продукта Р из реакционной зоны 1; II) перевод катализатора со сниженной посредством слежавшегося кокса активностью в реакционную зону 2; III) по меньшей мере, частичное восстановление катализатора при подаче содержащего водород газового потока Н в реакционной зоне 2, причём по меньшей мере часть слежавшегося кокса превращают в метан и образуется содержащий метан газовый поток М, который, по меньшей мере, частично подают в реакционную зону 1; IV) выведение катализатора из реакционной зоны 2 и V) возвращение по меньшей мере части выведенного катализатора в реакционную зону 1, причём реакционная зона 1 и реакционная зона 2 в пространственном отношении расположены рядом в одном и том же реакторе.
