Abstract

Изобретение относится к улучшенному способу получения полиолефинового элемента конструкции с высокими эксплуатационными характеристиками. Способ включает в себя стадии приготовления раствора, содержащего полиолефин и растворитель, экструдирования или формования волокна выдавливанием раствора в воздушный зазор для формирования жидкого элемента конструкции, охлаждения жидкого элемента для образования гелевого элемента конструкции, содержащего растворитель, с целью формирования твёрдого элемента конструкции и, по меньшей мере, частичного удаления растворителя из гелевого элемента для формирования твёрдого элемента конструкции до, в течение и/или после вытягивания элемента. Кроме того, данный способ включает наличие пеногасителя, содержащего арилсульфоновую или алкилнафтосульфоновую кислоту. Изобретение дополнительно относится к полиолефиновому элементу конструкции, полученному экструзией геля и содержащему арилсульфоновую или алкилнафтосульфоновую кислоту.
