Abstract
o processo para a produção de aminoácidos a partir de moléculas de ácidos graxos voláteis (vfa), referidas como precursores, produzidas por fermentação anaeróbica a partir de biomassa fermentável, compreendendo pelo menos as seguintes etapas: - a) extrair as moléculas de ácido graxo voláteis (vfa), sem interromper a fermentação, através de meios de extração escolhidos entre meios que são, pelo menos, insolúveis no meio de fermentação, - b) coletar, fora do reator de fermentação, as moléculas de ácido graxo volátil (vfa) uma vez que foram extraídas, - c) sintetizar, por halogenação, utilizando um tipo de ácido graxo volátil (vfa) escolhido entre os ácidos graxos voláteis coletados na etapa b) e definidos de acordo com o tipo desejado de aminoácido, um dado ácido a-halo, - d) sintetizar a partir deste ácido a-halo um aminoácido definido.
